What to buy? Which is better?

Which option should I go with unless you have any suggestions on what to buy?

Please take a look at my profile http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/zanlasha_G/ before answering.

Option 1: Isida M4 (6/50 —> 50/50) = 1,128,897C

50% discount on micro-upgrades = 564,449C

Option 2: 2 modules, Dictator M3, Vulcan M3, Firebird M3

1,105,500C
-50% Sale on protection, hulls, and turrets = 552,750C

This is all for Tanker’s Day.

I would go option 1. I will do the same thing as you if there's a 50% Discount.

Question 1: Why would I get Hunter M3 if I already invested 17 micro-upgrades into Viking M3?

Question 2: Why would I get Ricochet M3 when I have Smoky M3?

Question 3: This is my only chance to get Isida to M4, so is there something I am missing out on the game?

Question 4: What happened to micro-upgraded turrets being worse than stock weapons?

Question 5: Are you absolutely positive I should go with the second option?

well, I didnt know the amount of MUs on your viking, and hunter is my personal preference :)

Because rico is a whole different deal than smoky. All the ricochetting feature of it, the impact force and all that, its just great

Q 3&4 having a vvide variety of weapons is always a better choice than having 1-2 M4 weapons, you never know, you might stumble upon teams with a very good protection against your isida, and so your M4 isida will be rendered rather useless ;) while if you have a wide range of lesser microed turrets, that wont happen.

5 yes, as I said, having variety is way more useful than just 1 powerful weapon.

And believe me, I have an all M4 garage, and isida, even tho I quite like it, isnt as much powerful as I'd like it be

My friend AliceTreatPU only has M4 Isida and Hunter, and she said that having one M4 combo is much better for earning crystals than having multiple weapons. But, I guess that doesn't matter if I already have XP, which is the cheapest and most efficient way to earn crystals and save supplies.

Oh, AlicePU, my old friend :D tell her dark.shado says hi

Yea I know her, a nice hunter user fellow,

But I can bet none of you have participated in the likes of many battles I have. And I can say, having variety is far far better than a single m4 :)

With all the respect to alice, having just one turret/hull is just boring and inefficient, im still with your second option.

As to provr whag I say about having an m4 garage (my profile on leIoich barely shows isi thunder M3), this is my actual garage ;)

went on cm punk for a sec and took some pics for fun

Guys, idk if I'd go after isida or railgun m3. Any suggestions?

Railgun M3. Play XP/BP on RU 1, my friend. You are good to go. Isida is terrible without MU's.

I totally agree with Lelouch_Vi_Britanni, Get your garage to M3 first then start going to M4s.

And btw M4 isida isn't versatile compared with the other M4s

M4 isida is a beast on small maps (if you know to use it) and in DM's .. Having all m3's will not help you so much, the battles are full with m4's druggers.

For @Zanlasha_G, go for viking+isida (m4) and later chose another turret (for medium-large maps) and also make it m4. Don't spend crystals on buying all m3's .. If you need protections buy them after you have one combo m4.

Actually having more m3s than just 1 m4 is more useful, because if the enemies have decent protection against the isida you basically arent much useful,

But with variety, even without mu you can pick a turret the enemies have less to no protection to

But I would rather be able to heal my teammates or target weaker players in a battle. The healing effect will be really useful, AND it will be cheaper to spend all my crystals on MU's during a sale than to get a bunch of weapons and MU (without a discount) for an extended time. What about that?

Now I have a dilemma:

Should I MU Rico finish (in sale) ? Or get Isida to start a new?

ifvpeh.png

Will 50/50 be worthwhile? Will be pairing it with M3 Viking with 21+ MUs... (Will make it M4 at sale.)

Mostly using it in small to medium maps

Mostly using it in small to medium maps

If you play on small maps more: Isida M4 (immortal)

If you play on medium maps more: Ricochet M4 (dangerous)

It just comes down to a matter of preference.

If you plan on ever MU'ing your Freeze to M4, I would definitely recommend the Ricochet M4 over Isida M4. You just have to ask yourself which is more important: healing and staying alive or devastating enemy tanks from a distance.

Question: Do you think it is better to have an M4 weapon (in this case, Isida) first or multiple stock weapons first? In my situation, the only turrets and hulls I would consider are Vulcan, Firebird, and Dictator. I have been playing XP to gain crystals faster and save up my supplies, but what would help me in the long run (or at least which would be a better decision)?

What do ya know, suddenly I get a 41% discount on Viking.  -_-  But like I said before, I've already given plenty of MUs to Hunter. Is it worth it to get Viking now while it's cheap and then give it a few MUs, or stick with my original plan? I've got a day to decide before it goes away.

I play mostly maps from Arena to Polygon size, that's about it. I could use it for the DM Tourneys, but I have to wait until my Viking is M4.

My Freeze is 35/50. It just need a little finishing touch to complete it.

But Freeze & Isida has two complete playing styles. Freeze is more for group bashing & Isida is strong in 1-1.

Whether to heal or destroy tanks from a distance: Mostly I would hide in the tunnel with Isida. I have Smoky M4 to destroy tanks from a distance, and Twins M4 to bash them up real close.

Only XP/BP Polygon gains crystals quicker than Sandbox XP/BP.

I still think Isida M4 is the way to go, rather than variety. You just have to choose your battles wisely then with only a strong M4 combo.

Hello,

As much as I know twins and fire can be used in medium and small maps so, I would recommend you to buy twins and viking.
