Hello guys I am really stuck here, I am at Warrant Officer 2 and is finding it really difficult to battle. I currently have firebird, freeze, viking and mammoth at m1. Rest are at m0. I have about 43 000 crystals and I don't buy crystals, I also have lava ( protection at mo) at my disposal. What should I buy ? Should I wait a bit more for more rail and thunder, if so which one should I buy ? Should I buy a kit ?

guys... how did you try on test server if it doesnt work??(someone posted on 12 oct and said ''i tried ... on test server...'' and so on)

right now the test server is only for the testers...

in the weekend it was opened...

AND EXACTLY UN SUNDAY NIGHT I MANAGED TO GET MY M3 TANK THAT I WANTED TO TEST TO SEE IF IT GETS NERFED/BUFFED/REMAINS THE SAME AND I WOKE UP MONDAY WITH THE CLOSED SERVERS... COME ON...

how will be rail-dictator combo  affected?

possibly take shaft into considerence

i tested all hulls and turrets , you may know it or not that railgun reload time is decreased ,other parameters are not impacted much,

 

dictator is having some faster turning speed and i feel there was some reduction in weight but not sure.

 

shaft, no much change to it really ,but with alteration is deadly opponent.

 

railgun is really annoying  with its reload time,i was taking other turrets and enemy railguns were so annoying -.- lol railgun = deadly, but most op

 

was firebid with alteration which was able to kill mammoth m3,just within 2 or 3 sec

Kinda depends on your combo and playing style but id say get twins protection because its being buffed.

Thanks for that. I looked at the kits they are great! If I am gonna buy which one should I choose gunslinger or matrix even if its after rebalance. Have any idea when the rebalance will be on ? Thanks

If you can live with your Fire and Freeze on your Viking, then don't buy any more M1s. Save to M2s.

If you have a favorite mid/longrange turret, then maybe you should get this one in M1.. but it would be better to save up for an early M2 kit.

 

Dont buy paints and protections either, those weak ones are useless. You need at least 20% to feel a change.

 

If you find it difficult to battle that you should start to focus on one or two turrets and use them more often - in order to skill up with them. Also you can play lower ranked battles to earn crystals - and just from time to time higher ranked battles to learn from better tankers.

If you play dictator-rail you will notice the positive things that the other told you about.. but you will also notice that you die faster.

Your rail does less damage per shot (compensated by faster reload) which leads to the fact that you have to expose yourself more often. As dictator is a pretttttyyyyy big hull, but has same HP as Viking and Hunter you will simply be hit more and die more often.

If you just play peek-a-boo with your dictators rear mounted turret in defense, then you might consider to try a Wasp. Sounds crazy, but you have a rear mounted turret as well.. and in case of strong close-rangers coming in, you just drive away. You are also faster to move from one good sniping point to the other.

If you don't depend on the rear-mounted turret, then a Hunter should be the better choice now, as the increased stabillity of Dictator does not make much of a difference, if I take the reduced impact forces into account (on the testserver even a M3 Rico or Smoky on close range did not manage to distrurb my M3 Viking that much..)

 

I would not chose to play Dictator-Shaft, as the shaft have to take care to be concealed as long as possible. Thats hard in a dictator, due to its large height. Short-range manoverability and stabillity against impact force are nor necessary for shafts. Any other medium hull should work better with Shaft.

I have a personal discount on Shaft M2 for 3 more hours, and it only costs 60k crystals. I have 70k crystals. My hulls are Viking and Mammoth M2, and my turrets are Twins M2 (With Alteration), Railgun M2, and Isida M2. I think it might be nice to buy Shaft, since there will be a larger delay untiL I can get M3s. The other reasons I'm considering getting are:

1. I'm really good with Shaft and Viking.
2. Kodiak-TC Module is everywhere at my rank because of Bulldozer kit, and Shaft M2 would give me a long range option against it rather than having to rely on the weak Isida M2.

Thoughts? Buy or no buy? Answer ASAP.

Shaft m2 is strong. if on DD you can noscope mosts wasps and hornets if they are on m2 as well.

i asked because i didnt manage to test any m3s on ts and I want to buy hero kit (http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/t.o.r_vlad/) and dont know if it will be getting buffed/nerfed...

i will mostly use dictator because i play Polygon CP almost all the time and dictator will be the perfect hull for catching golds... about the position.. since rail is mostly long-range i will camp the most, or try some peek-a-boo covered by buildings...

Juggler can be long range.  Just keep moving and close down the difference between you and that annoying rail.
