The equipment Simoon kit has is already unlocked for me so it's no longer available in garage for me. Same goes for "Voltage" "Juggler" "Anaconda" "Tornado" "Boar" and so on.

The paint is cheaper than most and blends well with the sides of cliffs and sand maps. The Kodiak T-D module (Rail/Thunder/Freeze) that comes with it isn't that bad. Protection against one of the most-used turrets and protection against the two turrets buffed in the update.

Ah, I didn't consider unlock for turret/hull at rank and assumed only as a kit unlock.

I have 52k crystals (Yay, contests!), and I use Hammer/Wasp. I'm debating two options:

 

1. Tsunami kit now and a Wasp M1 kit as soon as possible (In other words, as soon as Firefly or Savage comes into the garage)
2. Wait for Bulldog kit

The first option's pros are Hammer + Wasp instead of Hammer + Hornet, more supplies, a second M1 module, and Hammer M1 sooner. The cons are possibly having to wait longer for an M1 light hull.

The second option's pros are saving about 5k crystals, Alien paint. The cons are Hornet instead of Wasp, and having to wait anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

 

Which option should I go for?

Don't buy all M1s. You'll need money after you reach Liutenant ranks to buy M2s. 2-3 is more than enough. Personally I only have 1 M1 turret (Vulcan) & 1 M1 hull (Titan). If you like Vulcan you definitely need to get M1. It's amazing even if the shorter time before overheating and the lower damage made it ~25% weaker.

Well I'm really bored with the choices I have now. If I keep up with the way I'm doing things right now I'd be bored to hell. I'm an FPS gamer (haha, like to call myself one at least even if my K/D ratio is about 0.8 in everything I play) and I like playing with a lot of weapons: my favorite is shotgun or LMG (Warface is my main F2P MMOFPS right now, I've got into the R249 Para/LMG KAPOW and of course most of the Box shotguns for the medic class) class weapons but I like to play with a lot of different weapons every time I play to keep things interesting. 

 

I get what you're coming at however. By the time I reach the triple-diamond ranks (still some time till I get there) I'll be a dirty P2W drugger and buy the kits there (having my eye on the TItan M2+Smoky M2 combo), so I just want to be a F2Per as much as possible in the early ranks. Otherwise I'd have bought the Predator kit and the "Supplies 1,500" bundle long ago and forgot about everything LOL.

 

 

Okay, not to be biased since I chose hammer out of those three for Halloween, but in my opinion hammer is better. It is basically a smoky with more damage, the range is higher than any other short range turrets, and combined with viking it is deadly. Basing this on my experience:

 

2 shots for wasp/hornet

3 shots for dictator, viking, hunter if you micro upgrade it once (otherwise it is 4 shots: just mu it once its only like 100 cry).

4 shots for titan and mammoth

 

I seriously considered vulcan on that Halloween sale, I got hammer instead. I don't know how effective vulcan is.

 

Ricochet is pretty good, if you know how to use it. Although twins would be a better choice against larger hulls, if you play in larger maps go for the rico. The projectile speed and range is pretty good, and you can dominate. I got it on my other account, and I played on that halloween map. I DOMINATED :P

If you have 40k, you should probably get a kit though. If the sales are good enough, you might be able to get siberian kit. It is pretty great (not like I have it, but i've played in battles with it.), and is almost always first in battle. 

 

It depends on whether you like short range or not

Makes sense, but I tend to play on a laptop most of the time and the elemental weapons seem to fare the best since they fire a constant stream of damage unlike the hammer where you have to aim (or die). It's the second most expensive M1 for a reason but I need a real mouse to play effectively with any single-shot weapon (Smoky, Thunder, Railgun, Shaft... full auto guns like Rico or Twins are pretty easy, and Vulcan or elementals are easiest to use without a mouse). 

 

However, if the sales are good enough... I'll buy the Tsunami kit and Vulcan M1. I've always wanted the Harvester kit but I've still got 6 days until the current kits run out so by then the Xmas sales would have ended. I mainly want the Badger T-F module (15% fire protection for overheat vulcan and those hornet/wasp firebird combos which are so common in the newb servers), the module itself cost 3,000 Crystal cheaper but thinking about it, for 3,000 more crystals I get a 37,000 Crystal M1 turret, a 6,000 Crystal (now 5,400, since all my garage hulls are at a 10% discount), and an 11,000 Crystal paint which also looks pretty nice (I've got the "In-love" paint which is okay but the Swash allows me to complete me "Striker" bundle ROFL)

nice paint and a decent module. Plus it's cheaper than buying them separately and you can get it 3 ranks before the equipment unlocks... Damn good deal IMO

I'd advise going with Vulcan. It's just generally better with Titan, while Hammer-Titan is a combination only really good in a few situations.
