What to buy? Which is better?

Something to keep in mind with bigger maps like Kunger and Esplanade... if you don't like defending you might want to choose medium hull over heavy hull.  Titan is not great for getting to good midfield positions. You may find it too slow.

 

Hunter or Viking might be better for getting to midfield firing positions. Titan is better on Noise, Polygon, Tribute and anywhere you can defend without moving too far.

What about rio?I have dictator m2 and i can o the peekaboo to stay hidden...so i don't get killed around that much.Also at my rank dictator is pretty decent.I might need titan fir titan/fire island battles where i need a heavy hull. :)

Ok I'm buying atlas :) Just because the m2 railgun sucks compared to m1.Both are the same.Also you do realize dropping gold boxes for people is like going to a mall and throwing dollar bills at people? :D

Hey guys, should I buy Anaconda kit right now or save for a Hammer M2/Smoky M2 kit later?

 

I think a Smoky kit would last you longer than Anaconda. I don't like Hammer, but if you do you could get a Hammer kit instead I guess. But I wouldn't get Anaconda if I were you. Save up for Northerner or something like that.

I think you could do well on a wise choice of maps. Once I saw a Titan Hammer in a Madness DM (You know how that went), so don't use it on large maps obviously.

Oh... sorry - I missed that you have Dictator M2.  The yes, Atlas is probably good choise as you don't need two medium M2 hulls.

 

You may also consider not even buying a kit - unless the early unlock and/or module is attracting you to it. They are expensive and you could get by until M3 with a medium hull - they are versatile.  Getting smoky (by itself) on a sale day is an option.

I have finally finished upgrading my thunder to m1. Now I want to buy a hull to go with it. My pick is dictator m1 but i want to have other opinions on this.

I would go with Viking for Thunder. I have Dictator M1, and it is slightly difficult to drive in cramped spaces, as well as being a very large target with not a lot of speed. Viking is very low profile, and has better speed and stability than Dictator. Plus Viking M1 is much cheaper than Dictator M1. I wish I had bought Viking M1 rather than Dictator M1 because Dictator does not have the speed to do well in larger maps, and not enough armor for smaller maps so I don't find myself using it a lot now. Viking is much more versatile.

Smoky is only a "longer range" weapon when compared to Firebird or Freeze, etc.  It is not good at long distances - the 10% "weak damage" is terrible.

If you want a longer range turret, I would go for Thunder or Rail. Smoky is a slightly more medium range turret. Both Thunder or Rail go well with Dictator.

Really? I have never liked Hammer, although I only have M0. You can one shot light hulls with Thunder on DD too with a few MU's. What is your experience with Hammer?

I agree with you about the lack of maps you can play on with snipers. You do have a point about the little difference between M1 and M2 of both Thunder and Rail, so I guess you should buy Smoky. Smoky has a huge difference between M1 and M2 as far as I have seen.

lol I can agree with that. :) Camping with my Rail always starts to bore me after a while.

Hmm. I might have to buy Fireworks kit now. Yesterday I had a lot of fun in a Highways CTF with my Freeze. I got behind the buildings in the enemy base with my Wasp and then just popped out and killed all of the campers. Hammer + Hornet would be perfect for that.
