What to buy? Which is better?

Hello. Here I am again, asking for advice on kits. I'm still thinking about @C.O.N.Q.U.E.R.O.R and , but don't be surprised if I end up leaving Conq for parkouring... :3

@NotANewb - Last time I asked here, I got only 1-2 replies. I'm hoping for more now; here's my revised plan. First, I'll be getting Annihilator kit when I get to . When I reach , I'll probably have around 1m crystals; I reached this conclusion from looking at my profile's crystals/exp ratio - it's about 1/4 to 1/2. Although the exp needed to rank from to is about 508k (Therefore I'll have around 1.3-2m crystals if I rely on the crystals/exp ratio), I expect that there'll be some great sales and a good amount of impulse buys on my part, so I allowed for the gap. If I have more, then I'll buy the third kit that I'd like. Anyway, when I reach , I will buy Raiden and Bumblebee kits (The necessary equipment for good parkouring - one of my favorite past times), and if I have enough left over I'll add on Guardian kit. The reason that Guardian kit isn't necessary is that when I get Raiden and Bumblebee, I'll already have a good medium and light hull, so I won't exactly need a heavy. Plus, I'll already have M2 Smoky by then - I have it 42/50 right now. Feedback is appreciated.

I don't want to make u doubt about ur choices, but I dont find why thunder m2 is better than smoky m2. You must just replace Annihilator with another Viking m2-kit (think about Mino or Glaze). As for m3s you can go with Raiden for parkour, but think about Boreas with Freeze m1 alteration (I think it is OP) instead of Bumblebee (Wasp is also better for parkour). After that you can buy Hammer if you want it.

I would suggest the matrix or corsair kit, though matrix could gain tons of xp by camping in polygon cp at your rank.I used it till the rank of major.

Camping in Polygon CP is what a coward would do. Capturing the point is way more important than a good K/D. Unless your team holds the point for a while you shouldn't do it.

It doesn't matter if you win you just need the xp.The person i replied to needs a lot of xp.

Take rail.

Id say thunder because i got hammer m3 on my alt a friend gave me,its at marshal, and hammer seems to have a disadvantage on larger maps.Thunder m3 on that account is what i use most and it gains tons of xp per battle.

Wait, he/she doesn't need crystals?

By camping under the bridge in polygon you distract the other team and they get mad very easy if you camp giving your team the win. When i was at your rank with matrix people would call me "drugger-camper".My Kill numbers were impressive and so were my rewards. Most i got in a polygon CP battle that lasted till 300 points is 8k without premium.Fund was 40k.If i had premium i would have got 16k from that battle.

Yes, I thought about Minotaur and Glaze. They're both great kits in their own way, but Twins was nerfed significantly in the recent patch, reducing its RoF hugely, so I don't really feel like using it. Plus, I'll have Smoky M2 for short-mid range, while I can use Thunder M2 in larger maps, since it has better range and better damage at that larger range. Glaze - too short range. M3s... Boreas, well, I'm not exactly a Freeze user. And also, I'm planning on keeping my Wasp M1 like @SwiftSmoky (), then MUing it to M2 for the best parkour combination of speed and weight. Which is why I said Bumblebee... although I may go for Legend, Centaur, or Healer... me being a Railgun main and all. Plus, Isida is my 3rd favorite turret (Railgun and Shaft taking first and second place, respectively), Thunder placing 4th (Still haven't placed Striker anywhere yet, haven't played with it since the Striker buff).

I think u should consider buying 3rd kit as a heavy combo

U know

The terror of seeing a heavy m3 in low rank match is a "must" fact to consider.

Opponents will lose their faith in winining the match if u start drugging a bit in the starting

Thats the mentality assault which i like the most about my titan m3 when i join few matches and start drugging.

Ehh... That'll probably be top priority after the first two, then. Thanks for your input :3

Dats good but rail takes less shots dan thunder &  when enemy comes closer & is u fire thunder self-destructs so I wouldn't say thunder.

It looks good. If you can keep the EXP to crys ratio then you're good to go. But then... We would have two Raiden users :p

There's that but nothing else really.

It's RoF was decreased hugely at m0. At m2, things are better, trust me. I have used it before and after the rebalance and it is still OP. I don't feel any difference in my final scores.

If u have these parkour plans, Bumblebee (which is extremely cheap btw) should be the ideal kit for you with Raiden. IMO you should have 2nd thoughts about Annihilator.

Hmm... Annihilator, second thoughts.. eh, maybe... Guard? Thunder+Titan? As asifmak said, heavies strike fear into the hearts of enemies...

Closing in on an opportunity to buy an M3 kit. Currently torn between Guardian (Titan/Smoky), Redneck (Hunter/Rico) and Destroyer (Mammy/Twins). I have a hornet M3 w/isida, shaft, and thunder. Prefer mid to long battles. Any of these kits will give me flexibility and I enjoy playing with every turret (at least at the m2 level).

Any guidance is helpful. Also I used to be a massive hunter fan, but after the rebalance it just seemed to play more like the old Viking and the Viking seemed to play more like the old hunter. So now I never use my hunter (m2...45/50mu) and instead use a viking (m2...15/50mu)

P-shooter, thanks for such a swift reply.

Do you know where the new charts are for the recently updated turrets and hulls?

Also have you tried any of the alterations on the smoky? If so, how do they perform in your opinion?

Click on the WIKI link on top of the forum page. You will arrive at Tanki's wiki page. Turrets should be near the top on the right side.

The M2 alteration is pretty vicious. Slow reload but packs a punch.

The M1 alteration removes Critical Hit, even when used in combination with other alterations. I don't see its usefulness unless going against light hulls or Viking in order for increased impact to be effective.

First kit should not be heavy m3

Because heavy hulls are slow and limit ur game only to small/small-mid maps

They are cool ,pretty cool but can be used in some situations only.

Imo u should consider some more medium combo kits like paladin or jackhammer then after that u fill ur arsenal with light mid hulls u r good to go for heavy hulls
