What to buy? Which is better?

In my opinion, Hammer M1 is a more powerful turret than Ricochet, but Ricochet is more balanced and easier to use. I would suggest Thunder or Twins however- I've used thunder m1 for a long time and it's really good.

Defintely Hammer. I have Rico M1 on an alt and after the re-balance it is horribly weak, at least compared to what it used to be. The rotation speed is sluggish, reload is slow, and the auto-aim is almost non-existent so you'll miss a LOT of shots, especially if your target is moving. Before, seeing a Rico come towards you was scary, no matter what turret you were using. Now, they're just a nuisance.

i believe mods and admins are fair they serve the game. They also help ban cheaters from the game i actually am proud of all the mods and admins they are doing a great job watching over tankers

Well in fact, 35m is the most distant point when stock Twins is still equal to the M1 alt., because this has the assumptions that all shots of both turrets always hit. 

 

In fact it is this way, that you hit a lot more with the M1 alt. than with stock Twins. I.e. let's say you need 15 Twins shots to kill a med hull, it could be that you need 18 shots (3 missed) with the alt. or 21 shots (6 missing) with the stock turret. In this case it is about 25 m when stock twins and Twins alt. are equal. On the other side, you hit more often with stock Twins when a tank is near you.

I have almost 70k crystals, and it is time for my first m2 turret. I have m1 isida, freeze, firebird, and twins. None of them have been significantly upgraded. I think I want to get a new turret that is good for long range that I can use on large maps. Madness, Monte Carlo, etc. I am thinking about getting a kit of some kind, but I haven't decided. I am willing to wait if nesscesary to buy anything. I need recommendations on kits/No lot, and what turrets to buy in m2

M2 rail is a great turret but it will not bring you far in non format battles unless you use double damage. I play XP/BP at M2 and it is quite fun although it is three shots on both M2 and M3 hulls and M3 rail can two shot a M2 hull. If you like XP/BP then I suggest that you buy tornado kit as it contains M2 hornet and M2 rail or mosquito kit which contains M2 wasp and M2 rail.

Northerner is beast but it would take a while to unlock

I would say u can try for boar or if closer to rankup then wait and rankup and go for pitbull

If u r pretty good saver which i assume u r since u can afford a kit right now u should go for pitbull and if u r successful at saving u can even buy northerner when u reach its unlock rank.

DONT BUY VOLTAGE! Its the worst m2 kit. Buy something like simoom or fireworks.
