What to buy? Which is better?

With Firebird should I buy Railgun or Smoky or Thunder or Titan (after I buy Bumblebee kit)

Never buy bumblebee kit, its downright one of the worst kits i've ever seen.

Hammer has never been good on light hulls also the protection module isnt really as effective, say nothing of the ugly hive paint ..

 

If theres one thing i can help you with, give up buying this kit

Hammer-Viking is a good combo but don't buy items separately. Buy a kit.

 

What kit should I buy?

 

Striker - Good value, but don't forget the module!

 

Bulldog - Good turret and paint, but M1 hornet is so low on health to other OP turrets and Magnum and Railgun.

 

Fujiyama - Excellent combo, but I don't know about the module. Plus, M1 Vulcan is one of the worst M1 turrets, besides Smoky and Twins.

 

Stinger - OP at lower ranks, but does M2 isida hornet match each other?

 

Tornado - Very good value for crystals, but very, very OP.

 

Aborigine - Good combo, but does it cost too much?

 

Pitbull - Best kit in Tanki Online, but how good is the module?

 

Jackhammer - Good for lower ranks, but how good is it at Commander, Generalissimo and Legend (2, 3, 4, etc.)?

 

Raiden - Very good value for crystals, but what about alterations that removes self-damage?

 

Healer - Good for experience, but the module?

 

Paladdin - Great combo and similar to the Raiden kit, but what about the health of the product kit? And the tanks around it?

 

Please choose 2 M1, 2 M2 and 2 M3 kits that you recommend. 

 

P.S I don't want kits too expensive, or I would have to let the kits go. Choose wisely! What you choose will be what I'll get because I want to YouTube some gameplay with those kits.

Isida M4 Viking M4. Firebird is powerfull but you have to get the M2 alt if you don't already have it while Isida M4 is a beast

I prefer Wasp but it's difficult to control than Hornet. Wasp flips very often, Hornet is more stable. If you are new in game, you should buy Hornet first.

 

Best medium hull is Viking because it's fast and stable.

 

For now there is no much difference in same type of hulls, but an upcoming update "Hull characteristics" will make hulls more unique and different than each other.

What kit should I buy?

At M1 stage buy only one kit to save crystals for M2s. Out of these three I think Striker (Module is good) is best. But I recommend Hammer of thor or Fighter.

 

Tornado and Pitbull (Modules are not bad.)

 

Jackhammer is best kit in Tanki. It's good at all ranks. I have M4 Hammer Viking and mostly I play with this combo now.

Healer is a cute kit, you can buy :)

 

-If you don't want Thunder's splash damage, buy smoky then.

 

When's this update coming out

They haven't told us that when this update is gonna release. BTW this update was announced in this vlog.

Depends on if you are OK with the Rail-gun delay in firing.

 

Smoky and Thunder are quite similar now except smoky better at close to short-medium range while Thunder better at far-medium to long range.

Im quite okay with it. I actually want railgun for xp/bp.

 

Never buy bumblebee kit, its downright one of the worst kits i've ever seen.

I do have Viking and I'm not buying the kit to use that combo.The only other kit Left is either Ghost or Man o war because I need a light hull. Ghost is good but Smoky is not that powerful compared to hammer and the kit is way more expensive.Ghost was my target but now I have switched to Bumblebee. Man o war is a bit expensive (but has the best module out of these 3) and Mars is uglier than Hive.

Kinda thinking of it I'd actually consider railgun but I should wait for sale so If i'm gonna get both railgun and firebird and it would at December :wacko:

For M4 MUs, I did some rough math for the greedy and landed on the following

 

MU steps 1-10 at full price or on any sale

MU steps 11-13 only on 25% or better sale

MU steps 14-16 only on 30% or better sales

MU steps 17-20 only on 50% sales (negotiable depending on how thirsty you are)

 

The above appears to be the best compromise of getting that M4 kinda quickly yet without spending ridiculous crystals.

 

And don't EVER click Speed Up.

Rico and Striker aren't very popular. I don't face alot of twins too. Hammer,Thunder,Railgun,Firebird and Magnum are what I face most. Some upgraded rail m3's can 1 shot a viking with DD. Hammers can 2 shot with DD.Thunder and Firebird are quite annoying and Magnum Is sooooo annoying and it's area splash is way too much.

 

Soo Kodiak T-A and Panda D-F are my final two choices.

 

but probably not for tankers day I bet i'll get Firebird M3 Wasp M3 and Hammer M3 for tankers day

Yes you should if there is 50% off....

 

I think protection from Railgun, Twins, Firebird & Thunder is important. Find a module which contain 3 of these.

And shouldn't I do 15th step it there is 25% off?

 

My opinion is that don't wait for sale, just do all steps without sale and without speedups. And if there is any MU sale take its advantage.

 

Moreover if there is 50% off on MU and 70% on SU, upgrade with speedups. It will cost almost same as MU without sale and without speedups.

You are clearly not a Poly CP player. Fair enough.

 

The rub with Hammer modules are that they generally won't save you. Even 50% protection - against Hammer DD with 5 shots, your're either dead or so weak that the next feather touch takes you out.

 

Same problem with Fire modules although those can be useful for Vulcans

 

I've found modules the most useful against turrets which do damage over time, like Twins, Rico, Smoky, Vulcan, and even Thunder and Rail. Drop their yield by 50% and you own them.

 

Of course I'm a hypocrite with my Striker Magnum Twins recommendation. That's really survival strategy for Poly CP be sometimes use those high yield splash weapons to pound the point. Seconds of survival can change a battle.

I wanna know if there are any other good kits for the taking at my rank btw I'm looking for kits that have either viking or dictator and maybe hunter. I would take wasp but I don't think its good at m1

You can make it if you played long battles, 12-15 hours battle would make you receive the x2 reward you would receive after playing several battles for the whole day.
