Best m2 kit? I'm already content with the m1 kit I have right now: Matrix, so I have a ton of ranks to save up crystals on. 

I think Glaze is best but if you can save enough crystals till WO4-5, buy Avalanche or Tornado.

Magnum, twins, smoky and firebird are best M2 turrets in my opinion.

It depends on you, which turret do you like most. Overall all turrets are equal.

 

For now my favorite M3 turret is Hammer.

However when time comes I want to buy twins m2 and hunter m2. (Preferably during sales events) And I want to ask that will I have enough crystals and time to buy them?

Your time is till General rank (1 million XP) and you have 125K XP right now. Hunter-Twins combo needs only 110K crystals if you buy on 50% off. You will definitely earn more than that.

 

If you buy Tornado at WO-5 rank and start saving crystals then you can easily buy Twins & Hunter at Captain & Lieutenant Colonel (Rank when these equipment unlocks).

That's a tough choice, both turrets are good in your rank, you should MU the one you play with most and with which you like playing.

Not so sure about Thunder imo... Sooo many protections against it to be honest.. Twins seems amazing, Viking too, idk about overdrives tho, might change my opinion about it.. Oh well, I say you should just aim for all those, and then judge later since they might change due to a balance update, overdrive update etc...
