What to buy? Which is better?

Currently on 250k

Will get 3 more mission chain rewards by the halloween sales = 12500x3 = 37500

This means 285000 guaranteed crystals by halloween, and with normal mission rewards and battle rewards, i will probably have 300k by then.

I want to buy xp m3 on halloween. Assuming a 50% sale (hopefully), that is (226250+225050)/2 = 225650 crystals to spend

300000- 225650 = 74350

 

I want to take advantage of the MU sale today and MU all my m3 equipment 1 step (no SU).

This will cost me 48861 crystals.

This leaves me with 74350-48861 = 25489 cry spare, I will probably buy the other twins alt with that.

 

Should I do the MUs now and hope that there will be a 50% sale on halloween, or play it safe and hoard the crystals so that even if the halloween sale is only 40%, i can still get my combo? Or just MU a few cheap items and not my viking's 11th step, for example.

In my experience, 50% sales are kinda 'rare' as in mainly for Xmas, tankers day, etc.

In general, for any sale, I'd assume a minimum for 30% for calculations (bar micro upgrades and speedups). If possible, try to earn as many crystals as you can too.

 

In 2015, http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=292219 , items were 13% off only, hopefully this won't be the case this time around.

I usually play pro battles in Island and Arena and Hill, and While not always, I do sometimes use Isida. 

 

I feel I should buy it because I also have m3 freeze to use it with.

 

Should I buy it? My initial plan was to buy Viking m3 in December anyway, so now if I do, I'll just get Thunder and Twins.

I am in need of help. I am coming up on M2 guns and I have around 70k crystals am saving for a M2 kit but don't know which would be the best for my rank ad budget (around 130k give or take). my playing style is fairly balanced so jus any suggestions would be awesome

Sure, if you are fine with using Isida for a while. Viking M3 is in my opinion the best medium M3 hull.

I do like Isida, and Freeze, which are classic Viking combos.

medic is a decent kit.  If you don't have an M3 medium hull Viking is good (especially with weapons like freeze and Isida - the speed helps).

Isida is also good at generating score if you have medium or heavy hulls to heal.

 

But - do you have a medium and/or long-range weapon?  Having just freeze + isida will limit your map-use.

My fingers are on 2,3,4 most of the time so wouldn't it make more sense for more DAs, DDs and SBs rather than RKs?

if you get killed while having full drugs, drugs gets wasted.

I would go with Tornado; you can get drugs from missions. If you ever find that you run out of drugs and you are rendered useless in non-pro battles, you can always just do a poly cp xp/bp match (requires very little skill compared to most xp/bp battles). Plus, Tornado has one of the best m2 modules (works really well in poly cp).
