I need to know which is best for my rank, SIMOOM or TORNADO or FIREWALL???

 

I want a tank that gets me quick rank ups and cry, I'm great with all three turrets, my favorite hull is hornet but I think there is better!

 

Simoom: m2 thunder + m2 dictator

Tornado: m2 railgun + m2 hornet

Firewall: m2 firebird + m2 hunter

 

I currently have 60k, saving up, my current tank is either m1 firebird with m1 viking or m1 ricochet with m1 hornet

Please let me know which I should buy: Upgrade my Titan or get M3 Twins? What do you think ? 

I would recommend upgrading Titan to M4 (or around 20/20) because at high ranks, there are many players with M4, and you would need survivability to be able to kill the opponent.

Twins M3 is also a great choice, as it is suited to small maps such as Island, and is great with the Stable Plasma alt, and a heavy hull. You can just sit on the flag and tear holes through tanks. This method is super effective with an Isida backup. Even at M3, it is still quite effective against M4, until they put on Twins Proc.

 

Btw, don't ask us what you should buy. that is up to you. u can only ask for suggestions and ideas, as if we tell you to buy something, you make not like your purchase, so you must overall decide yourself.

From your profile, i am assuming that you prefer close range combat due to firebird being used the most and freeze being used third.

 

Simoom is a great kit for Medium-Long range battles, which can be used as a defensive tank. Thunder is amazing due to its Splash damage. this is good for getting xp, as you are able to make x>1 kills when enemies are clumped together.

 

Tornado is a great kit for xp/bp battles. it is also quite effective in medium-long battles as you are able to aim at opponents from a long distance. with its alt, High Caliber-ammo, its damage is massively increased at the cost for 50% more reload time. Due to the damage increase, it can be compared to the next modication of that turret. (e.g. M2 railgun with the alt is like M3 Railgun. at high ranks, many players with m4 railgun, then use the alt with it, which makes it M5 - extremely OP)

 

Firewall, is also a great kit :D. Firebird is extremely fun to play with, and is most suited to short range combat, due to its short range. its burn damage is great to deal extra damage. With its alteration, Compact tanks, it is incredibly powerful, unfortunately it consumes the fuel 50% faster, so you may have trouble finishing off a heavy hull, so you would have to depend on the extreme burning damage increase. I would say that this kit would get you xp the quickest, by doing a Wasp+Fire match in a small map such as Arena or Island (--> Arena CP and Island CTF would be the most entertaining.)

 

I'm not sure which kit is the best for your rank as i am well past that, and i am not able to see the most popular turret/hull combo at your rank. however, i hope this information helps you in the long-term

I'm contemplating what to buy for Tanki Online's 9th birthday

(equipment sale Saturday 10th / upgrade sale Sunday 11th)

 

I will have about 1,200,000 crystals

(I haven't bought anything since Christmas)

 

I can either buy about 10 pieces of M3 equipment

OR

One M4 hull-turret combo

 

 

I've been dreaming about taking a break from storming as an 'assault medic' with my Wasp-Isida:

 

... and kicking back and relaxing in defense with the endlessly infuriating and stubbornly immovable Twins-Mammoth:

 

 

Here's a breakdown of the formidable Twins-Mammy:

 

Mammoth M3 at 50% = 114,350

Mammoth M3 50%Microupgrade + 70%Speedup to M4 = 403,892

Subtotal = 518,242

 

Twins M3 at 50% = 110,575

Twins M3 50%Microupgrade + 70%Speedup to M4 = 474,196

Subtotal = 584,771

 

Grand Total = 1,103,013

 

It's a hefty price, I know, but M4 is worth it, isn't it?  It will give me the full experience, the maximum output, right?

 

I only have M2 Railgun, shouldn't I at least buy its M3 (113,125) (113,125+1,103,013=1,216,138) for the occasional xpbp?

Is Twins-Mammoth the best defender?

Smokey is good I think too but Twins can defends against multiple flag-attackers better with its rapid-fire, doesn't it?

I do MU one step at a time , there are lot of Mu sales tbh

I might only go up to M1/9 with Smoky on those and leave the final step for another sale (and buy the Assault Ammo Alt. for 25K instead), but the jump in stats from 9 to 10 is bigger than for all of the rest... urgh...

 

Why are M0 protections useless. 2.5K (discount) + 100 crystals for 11% protection seems like good value to me?

 

(better than 15K [discount] + 100 crystals for 16% protection for M1)

In some ways yes

titan is faster and its manoeuvrability is pretty decent. also its speed is defo better than mammoth.

even thou mammoth and titan have the same HP, people may choose Mammoth due to its stability and power, whereas titans is a little weaker.

 

Still, i partially agree with you. (i still feel more powerful with mammoth due to its fatness :D)

I'm saving up for firewall kit, but I don't know what I should buy to get the quick cry for it, I'm currently using m1 viking or m1 hornet and m1 fire or m1 rico. Should I buy an m2 to get myself there, or should I keep my tank. If I should buy, should I buy m2 freeze, or m2 isida?

 

I currently have 55k, saving for the firewall btw...

For sure firewall. I bought fire and wasp m2 in the recent sales (not the best decision but I am board) and got compact tanks alt. It's the most fun I have had since coming back to tanki, wasp is so fast and fire with the alt is OP even with higher ranks. Try and save for wasp m2 you eill not be dissapapointed...

I am going to buy Minotaur/raider/Excalibur, one of these m2 kits soon. I already have m2 freeze and m2 dictator. After I buy the m2 kit should I fully MU my freeze and dictator m2? Or should I save for an m3 kit?
