What to buy? Which is better?

I kind of wanted smoky m2( I loved it on the test server). My main concern is getting another m2 turrent as I am totally bored with rico m2.(I even made an another account cause I'm so bored of playing with rico)  I'm thinking of getting Northerner because I think I will use viking more than titan. Do you think that's a good choice?

You can get Smoky M2, it's strong, but if you play primarily Poly CP, I don't recommend it. Vik and Dict M2 have the same health but Viking is faster. Vik M3 also unlocks a lot earlier, so I don't suggest you get Vik M2. Even though Smoky/Vik is better than Smoky/Dict, don't get Vik M2. You could get Titan M2 (if, again, you play primarily Poly CP).

 

If you tell me whether or not you buy cry and how many cry you currently have, as well as the maps/modes you play, I can give more suggestions

I currently have 141k and I occasionally will buy crystals, but I will buy premium. If I buy Northerner, I will buy crystals. But if I buy atlas I will probably get a week of premium. I play Kungur, serpuhov, rio, silence CTF, and lots of poly cp. After I buy something,  I plan on playing CTFs mostly.  My revised plan is to get Atlas. Play Poly cp with titan/smoky or titan/rico and play CTFs with hornet. Is this a good plan?

Thing is if I got titan m2 it is OP WTH ALL my stuff: Fire m2, Vulcan m2, smoky m2, isida m2. And if I got isida its my first m3 but it would have to be with hornet m2 which isnt good

Storm, this is a no brainer. 9k (dirt cheap) and 20% fire is a HUGE asset. Your other (more costly) option is Roger.

Hmm, on Kungur, Serpuhov, and Rio, Smoky M2 will be good. But you'll want to pair this with Dict M2; Titan M2 is kinda slow for these maps. But Rico/Titan should be good for you in Poly CP, so I think you're decision of getting Atlas is good :)

 

Northerner is a good combo, but Shaft paint is, imo not as much as a necessity compared to some other paints. And Vik M2 is basically Dict M2 but with more speed.

OK, Firebird protection is the main protection for consideration.

 

What should be the secondary protection? Or do I just concentrate on Fire protection and use a med/large hull to take the brunt of the rest of the punishment? I do like to use Firebird/Viking a lot now - much more than Railgun/Hornet. I do have Version #2 of Eternity (maxed out to 45%FB/18%THR) - will that do?

1st, don't get any m2s at your rank

2nd, rank up and get m3 viking, if not possible, you should save for a kit.

Hovever, if you are only going shaft, you might aswell get the titan, it will anyway hold off much better than m1(unless MUed), and hornet isn't suitable for camping. It only works for mobile snipers, or against underpowered teams.

Everyone I have an very important thing to say... I have finally found my way in Tanki!!

After to whole years of constantly reading guides and asking for advice and alternative accounts I finally now which combination is made for me... Ladies and gentletankers I bring you... Ricochet and Hunter! This is SOOO much fun! Thanks to a guide by Fen-Harel my Tanki life has changed. During the Irons Day Sale I'm going to start with M1 Rico. This is my one and only combo for my Tanki career.(at least until Generalissimo) its the best combo ever! Bye Bye :wub: :D

Keep saving, stinger will be way better than twins will so better to get it earlier
