What to buy? Which is better?

I have observed that Isidas can really change the outcome of a battle though. But, is it really worth buying the kit, or should I just save up for Paladin? Also, I currently hold 220k crystals. Is there anything I can or should buy now or soon before Paladin (if recommended)? Most brigadiers destroy me if I use Ricochet and Dictator M2 (my classic combo for now)? I am trying to get something that will get me a lot of exp and crystals as it's been going very slowly for me currently :/

your friend is one of those “all hail XP/BP " nubs . I say ignore your friend and if you do plan on m4ing it at some point . Get medic cause isidas do play a big role in team battles and most people despise a m4 isida+viking as a enemy cause it has a very very good range for a close combat turret

Or, I can get Medic in 1.5 ranks which will give me M3 Isida, M3 Viking, and Cherry for most of my battles while also micro upgrading the Viking and Isida. I crave crystals and experience at the MAX, but what shall be ULTIMATE killing machine?

imo. Why get a m2/m3 kit now when you can get a m3/m3 kit in 1.5 ranks? But if you really want new equipment now get bulldozer and try to stick to poly cp where it goes best ( one more tip if you get bulldozer kit . Try to stay behind the big ramp and mine the whole length from the little ramp that you go up to get behind the big ramp to right behind you so take you the short range turrets and also don't mine in a straight line mine in zig zags so no one can avoid the mines. And trust me I know that this is very effective with this combo cause I've used it before )

I just got medic kit today. Fact is, you don't often get positive k/d because everyone is targeting you. In addition, it is kinda boring imo given the fact that you are pretty vulnerable.

Putting that aside, it is an absolute game changer, and it really helps your team especially on small maps. I personally got to top 3 80% of the time, without drugging. So if you are considering the return of investment, medic kit is a wise choice.

Although i'm still getting over my decreasing k/d now, its a mixed feeling now that not only can I help to change the outcome of the battle, but also feels good ( when they thank you for healing them ).

All in all, its a good choice (:

Don't misunderstand me, Medic is great. It just isn't good for your k/d. If you don't care to much about k/d, get Medic. Medic can also catch golds, Paladin is just slightly better at it. Since you are underpowered right now, I would recommend Medic, as you will be very frustrated trying to use your current combo against M3s. Get Medic upon ranking, then start MUing your Isida right away. Isida M4 is scary good.

i'm a sergeant major i'm gonna level up in around 2k xp. i have all the turrets except shaft m0 and i have firebird and isida m1, i have all the hulls except titan m0 and i have wasp m1, i have only forester and mary paints with protection. i like playing with isida or firebird and viking, occasionally wasp cuz it's better than my m0 hornet. i have around 20k crystals should i buy m1 viking when i level up or should i save for either m1 hunter cuz it has more health and speed or should i get striker kit and get the swash paint and maybe i'll use smoky idk i don't really like m0 but maybe m1 is better? advice plz

smoky m1 is also not that good

if u want viking so much,get hammer of thor kit...

its really OP at your ranks and rico m1 works great even in the WO ranks

Go with the kit since you get equipment at a discount, You might like Smoky M1, it reloads a bit faster and is not a bad mid-range backup turret. If not, you still have the Swash paint and Viking-M1 to use with your favorite turrets.

Save for the Predator kit. If you don't want to do it then go for the Striker.

Is the Hohloma paint useful? If so, what maps/modes? I've been using Spark in its place.

Its good looking and sometimes but rarely useful, wont last you very long

hmm yeah predator is better than striker but it's also like twice as expensive... is swash or jaguar better in general? because hunter m1 is obviously better than viking m1 and i like thunder better than smoky but it's 20k crystals more so i want the paint to be worth it  :) besides driving hunter to me feels like driving a box lol

I used Bulldozer combo from Brigadier to General. Stock Thunder M3 will prob last you til General maybe - but it will be boring, unless you MU it a lot. Even at 44/50, the reload time feels slow. Splash damage is amazing, raw damage is pretty strong. But in general, go for Medic/Legend/even jackhammer over Bulldozer.

If you use Thunder, you need Thunder paint (Cedar would be your best bet). And honestly, Storm tops Swash and Jaguar. One-third the price for 20% Fire - amazing. 15% Fire on Swash is kinda bad (You can just get Storm forr more protection and less price), and all other Swash protections are useless. Jaguar has good Friz proteciton but Fire protection is wayyy more important than freeze protection atm

thanks everyone it was really helpful i think i'm just gonna get predator and if i feel like i need thunder protection i'll just get like metallic since i can't get cedar until WO5 and everything else until like WO2 is only 5% which is nothing tbh would that work?
