I Mostly play in Noise CTFs ... I also switch off my skybox and play polygon better to play without lag .. Long - range maps are not for me even if i wish to play them .. I Love monte carlo too .. I Prefer medium maps .. ..

 

If I chose mosquito , I can play XP / BPs

If i get ant , i will get my first m3 and wasp m2 ..

Both are ok

I also have to buy fire m2 for sure

 

I can also choose minotaur .. dont know whether its useful in my rank .. 

Is ranking up two more times and getting one of the m3 kits an option maybe?

my question back at page 1556...

someone help me decide what to get for my WO3 account - current budget is 69 000 crystals *70 000 now:

 

do I buy the expensive Swash paint @20 625 cry for Firebird and Twins (those Fighter kit users are strong) protection?

do I buy the cheap Desert paint @17 250 cry for the huge Ricochet and Hammer protection? or

do I buy the low rank (cheapest) Storm paint @6 750 cry for the huge Firebird protection?

*I'm going Desert + Storm if nobody suggests something better.

 

I already have Dragon paint with 2 MUs (24 Ricochet protection) and

Marine paint with 4 MUs (14 Firebird protection).

 

I'm going to get M1 Viking (14 475 cry) and Vulcan (21 225 cry) so (35 700 cry total) -

 

Swash's Firebird protection will let me take less overheating damage but

Desert's Hammer protection will allow me to survive 3 shots from Hammer (when using Viking anyway - I own M1 Titan with 9 MUs as well), overheating might cause me to self-destruct if I do take 3 shots from Hammer.

Storm's Firebird protection is better than Swash's but the tiny Freeze and Hammer protection won't do much.

 

get some other combo (not M1 Viking and Vulcan) - please write down.

my preferred weapons are Shaft (already have it), Vulcan, and Hammer.

do note that being an alt account, I will probably stick to the turrets mentioned (I have other accounts for other turrets) but if you have a much better suggestion that requires a different turret, I'm up for it.

ranking up to WO4 is not possible within the week as it just ranked up to WO3.

In my opinion, about 90% of your rail users are not skilled at all. My m4 Viking, m4 hammer kills them in droves. A very skilled rail is going to kill you no questions asked. Unless you are highly skilled, rail is the weakest turret. I have m4 hammer, m4 isida, m4 thunder and they take care of most maps sitting on either my Viking or mamy. I am starting to love freeze though. FReeze that is mued will take out anything.

Is M4 isida good ?

Well m2 isida is OP so M4 must be

4/2=2

So M4 isida is twice as better than M2.

^_^

I know a way how to test it.

Make a new account, buy stinger kit and use double damage with isida m2.

Basically m2 isida with double damage is M4

Not just good, its DAMN OP!

I just wrecked two Hammer M1 players (one had Hornet M1, the other had Viking M1) in a DM (they teamed against me) with Osaka kit without even using that 20% Hammer protection paint it came with - I was testing out my newly bought Roger paint, which has 15+1% Hammer protection (+1 because of 10 cry MU).

 

I even survived when they attacked me from both sides one time - the one with Viking had Double Armor, I had Double Damage. stole as much life as I can from the one with Viking/Double Armor (killing him) so I can survive their attacks and force a reload to give me some time and recharge (I didn't have full charge when they attacked because there was a Twins/Viking M0 player who didn't damage me because of Roger's Twins protection and my Double Damage).

 

finished the battle with I think 28 kills, they both had around 10 kills each - that Twins/Viking was just food for all of us because he is all M0, his attacks felt almost like a Twins M1 though (great knockback and decent damage).

M4 isida is m0 x 2

30 x 2 = 60

And yea isida m4 is op due to op self healing

Guys, should I buy boar kit during the current sales? I was initially planning on saving for firewall kit , because m2 firebird at second lieutenant is just OP. However, as I already have m2 freeze, I didn't want to be stuck with two short range m2s (noise and polygon are great, but it just gets so boring playing them after a while). So i guess my question really is, is ricochet m2 powerful enough to last me to brigadier rank with no MUs? (given that rico is a relatively early unlocking m2). Some advice would be much appreciated.

Stinger kit is just one rank higher than you. unless you buy crystals, you'll never get enough crystals to buy it as a Warrant Officer - you'd be Third Lieutenant before you can get the crystals for it.

since you seem to like Railgun though, I'd say buy Tundra while its discounted if you can - its less than 20k cry, and you still have 10 hours left, shouldn't be too hard as long as you can play since we have x1.25 battle funds right now.

 

or save for now and buy Sandstone on tanki birthday. if you get to Captain by then, then buy Mosquito kit as well.

DAMN THE GUYS who said that Railgun/Dictator is not the best combo.

It is the best. I'd also say that Dic is a good alternative for the guys who use hunter, as it has waaay more armour and the speed difference isin't much.

also at M0 Viking has more armor and speed than M0 Dictator

so I'd say you didn't really look into stats
