Well things ain't that simple, u need to buy equipments upto date otherwise u will end up remain in a downgrade position with low equipments and game will become boring.

In my advice dont wait or save for kits buy equipments that are available at ur current rank and wait for sales

What do you mean "low equipment"? I will buy the minotaur kit before even trying to get an m3 kit. Plus I can't really be worse than any other m2 until people start getting m3 kits (ahem ahem).

Seems like a pretty expensive "test" - even with Xmas sales (which we don't know if close to 50% or not).

Would cost you 55k+ crystals.  I guess if you have lots then won't matter...

I had around 70k at your rank and I still found it hard to be saving for OP M2 kits..

You will see how harder will games be to keep your crys/exp ratio when you rank to WO5 and later, while you still have M1 tank.. Better listen to ultimate-savers like me when you plan to save :P ;)

I scrolled through last year's pages to find out what kind of discount should I expect. There was 30-50% discount on all turrets/hulls. Does it mean that kits are also cheaper?

then what should I do? I don't really like any of the early m2 kits. Freeze is ok, isida sux, rg sux, what else...

they are discounted inside the kits, so the total will be smaller and that + the usual 40-50% off

Kits are cheaper - but - with the silly rotation one is not guaranteed to have desired kit available on sale.

 

But might as well wait and see what happens- you never know. I got  lucky last sale and bought Guardian on paint-sale day. Nano is crazy expensive.

 

And last year holiday sale - was that the one where they gave bigger discounts to less common items (like Hunter and shaft) ?

Matrix or Corsair are the best. Thunder's more versatile but if you tend to play in small - medium sized maps Twins might be better.

I will probably go for matrix, because I find it more interesting and it is cheaper too. I have been playing with twins for more than 100 hours (it is an EXCELLENT turret) but now I would like to try something else. What do you think?

I have to decide between M3 Hammer, Twins or Rico... I don't plan to purchase fire+alt anymore... I already have Hammer M2, but Hammer M3 outperforms all other turrets in terms of DPS  :wub: Tho I have the little fear that it is next nerf candidate  :ph34r:

I don't think Twins will be nerfed for a while...Rico might even be buffed.

For me, Twins M1 is the best M1 turret (don't quote  :ph34r: me on that), and I would go for that. But if you are bored of it, I recommend getting Matrix. After all, this is a game, and you should be enjoying yourself. Thunder M1 is one of the best M1s, although for me, Twins is a bit better.
