What to buy? Which is better?

With sales coming up, a rank up with missions throughout the week should have me at approx. 200k crystals.

I own:

M3 Isida, M2 Ricochet, M2 Railgun, M1 Firebird, M1 Freeze

M2 Viking, M2 Hornet, M1 Titan

I already know i will be buying M2 Firebird, but i am unsure at what else i should buy. I want to spend most of it, since i can buy every once in a while and saving for m3s won't be a problem. What other m2s would be a good addition to my garage?

Don't. Just buy an M3 kit next rank...

First of all,

You bought the kit in the area of time when the paints lost their protection but the kits didn't get their prices changed or their protection back, right?

Yes, I did.

I faced a similar dilemma. If you've ever played in a medium-large map with little cover, you know how much you need a longer range weapon.

Get a kit with M2 Shaft, it is.. OP

You mean Cyclops, right? I know that I need a long-range, turret, but you think cyclops is better than atlas?

Should I get only m2 shaft at sales or buy atlas or nothing?

Smoky is not a long-range turret. Smoky is a versatile turret.

You're also forgetting Chiropractor: M2 Hunter and M2 Shaft.

Wait, kits will be lower too then right? just realized that..

IF the kit you like is available during a holiday sale you will be able to save additionally on one item.

Try to buy when most expensive item is on sale. Often that item is paint or protection Module.

Keep in mind this discount is not "added on" as a percentage. It is applied to the already discounted price found in the kit.

And you definitely don't need any more M2s.  They will be too weak shortly to earn crystals efficiently against opponents with MU'd M3s.

Rocket Launcher , and I might add, M3 alterations. Some of those might be interesting and you might want to purchase them. :)

To be honest, I don't expect Rocket Launcher to be OP. It can may be good at the beginning, but they are going to nerf it again, like they did with previous turrets (like Shaft). As for m3 alterations, I'm not interested in them YET. And I like Shaft. And it's only 50k...

Which is better XP or BP? exclude playing style

XP:

-better acceleration and quick change of direction

-better dodging

-more stable when under fire/ harder to knock off aim

-harder to flip

BP

-a little bit faster (doesn't matter much, as its not a race, but you keep on changing direction)

-harder to hit

-better for peek-a-boo

-Less drift/better turning control

I m still confused between smoky and twins

I hav tried to ask many high rankers but they always answer the same by saying "it depend on ur gaming style".

Of course "it depends on ur gaming style" but I would choose smoky (if you're asking about m3s).

Anyways which of these two have lesser players wearing the protection?

Maybe this will help

In my ranks, I think 1/8 people have twins protection (usually 5% or 30%, because of NOOB Roger-LGC), and a few tanks have smoky protection. But I think this isn't the same with higher ranks (there are less twins protections). Edited by rocketmonkey2015

If you rush in to get a flag, twins and smoky are good, but Twins might be a little bit better and easier.

If you "camp" 5 seconds at the flanks of their base, to weaken them before you rush in, then Smoky is better.

For midfield on open maps Smoky is definitely better

For midfield on maps with a lot of obstacles, where you have to come close to intercept enemies in midfield, Twins is definitely better

For poly CP usually Twins is better. Smoky can rock too, but most Smoky users camp a little outside the point, while Twinners can rush in.

The reason why Smoky is often treated as more versastile, is that Smoky users can use cover between shots, while twins users dont / + the range aspect. Do you like ranged battles? Using cover?

Map the above statements with your playing style and loved maps, then you should be clear.
