I agree with you about the lack of maps you can play on with snipers. You do have a point about the little difference between M1 and M2 of both Thunder and Rail, so I guess you should buy Smoky. Smoky has a huge difference between M1 and M2 as far as I have seen.

This is correct. The jump for smoky from M1 to M2 is huge - > 50% on damage.  And for small maps Titan works well.

Glaze because at higher ranks like mine small hulls are not that popular and are outclassed by medium hulls which now aren't slow like m0 or m1 mediums.And they are very good in terms of armor.

Depends if you can cope with playing a bit smaller range all the time.Also thunder m2 isn't worth it.

I get that Thunder M2 isn't a great upgrade from M1. But it is still an M2, and right now the only M2 I have is Freeze, and that gives me a limited amount of maps I can play on effectively. So I think that whatever maps I could use Hammer on, I could use Freeze on. That is just my opinion though, but I think I need a longer ranged weapon than Hammer to stay effective, because my M1 Rail will not do the job as I move up in ranks. You could say I should get Rail M2, but I am starting to lose interest in my Rail a little bit, and I think Thunder or Smoky would be better. A lot of people have said that Smoky M2 is really good, and an equal amount of people have said that Thunder M2 is bad, but I have to wait until Captain when the Smoky M2 kits unlock. I just ranked up not too long ago, so I still have a while to go, and I want an M2 M2 combo as soon as possible. Thunder M2 is not good. I mean it's plenty powerful against light hulls, but in terms of damage output per minute smoky is better. I personally (being an impatient person) would get Glaze right now- Hammer impact force is reaally powerful and with the alteration it's really op but it's your choice- smoky is possibly the best m2.

Speaking of buying crystals, I tried to use my spare gift card to try and buy some crystals but it keep showing a message that said it was an error...

Anyone else having this problem?

Since so many ppl are asking, glaze is the best hammer m2 kit. At m2 the best medium hull is Viking. Plus the paint also offers some camouflage in dark maps. The protection module is also pretty good

On my alt account halbarandthepaladin (Sergeant-major) ( I have 80k (from contests) and I wanted to use this account as:

 

1. A gold hunting XP/BP acc

2. An OP/fun acc

 

1. If I choose the first option, I will buy Matrix+Wasp m1, Voltage at WO5 and finally Fireworks at the unlock rank.

2. If I choose the second option, I will buy Matrix :) +Wasp m1 and Siberian at (both at the unlock rank) and finally Northerner + Firebolt at captain.

 

I don't want to reach any more other ranks after third lieutenant at opt. 1 and captain at opt. 2, but I will continue to play at them.

I wish I could have both, but this is more difficult.

 

What should I choose? Is my plan correct?

 

P.S I only have Fire m1.

I just bought atlas yesterday check my account and it is awesome.Even at my rank smokey continues to destroy any hull.My first polygon CP battle i had 29 deaths and 178 kills!And my reward in it was 2k without premium.Smokey is quite good and id say wait and buy northerner. :)

Identify an M3 kit (no more M2s) you want and plan for that.  They are expensive.

 

Not sure if ranking fast is good - unless you are getting lots of crystals as you rank. One crystal per xp is good rule of thumb.

 

Also - don't MU your M2s any more. It's expensive and delays the time you will get your kit. You want the kit at earliest unlock.

Yes, MUing M2s is actually a waste of crystals. Start saving for M3s or even better for M3 kits which is the cheapest way to get M3s. paints and even free supplies Playy as much as you want. Don't forget to regularly do your missions. It is really quick way to earn crystals/supplies.

Hi.

For @NotANewb, I currently have M1 Thunder, Freeze, Wasp, Mammoth, and M1.8 Smoky. After I finish up my MUing for Smoky - which will probably take a month or two (I'll be like, Third Lt. at most) - I'm thinking of getting Fortress kit at 2nd Lt. As you can see at my profile, my exp-crystals ratio is extremely good, so I'll definitely have enough - that's not my concern. My question is whether or not I should even get Fortress. Other options are Chiro, Jam, Firebolt, Mountain, or Pitbull. Advice is welcomed. 

 

For (Which is WO3, not WO2), I have M1 Mammoth, Viking, Wasp, Thunder, Rico, and Fire. I've currently got 10k on it (it just ranked up if this info is important) and I'm planning to get Anaconda kit. Is this a good buy if I like mid-range to long-range?

 

For @C.O.N.Q.U.E.R.O.R (First Sarge), I've got M1 Titan and M1 Hammer. I'm going to get either Piranha or Gunslinger by Newspaper Contests, since TTC is dead. I'm leaning towards Piranha since I already have M1 Titan to go with it, and I need the M1 Hornet for Hammer to be effective (Yes, I know, I should have bought Bulldog. But then, I'd have to save up 13k more, and by then I'd have Matrix. I was desperate for some M1s because it was getting harder and harder to survive with M0s.) However, Gunslinger has a slightly more dangerous turret (only slightly, mind you), but my M1 Titan will be rendered useless. So... Piranha or Gunslinger?

I have been doing my research over the last few days, and I am starting to think about getting Northerner kit when I rank up to Captain. My only problem with this is that I have to wait a long time to rank up, and I don't really want to do that, but I think it will be better in the long run to get Smoky.
