I'd suggest saving for matrix or corsair, twins and thunder are top-teir weapons in the WO ranks.

Do not get hammer of thor kit unless you have enough crystals left for that rico alteration which increases its projectile range/firing speed.(as rico is trash without it).

And unless you only have one hand to play with, do not mount fire/freeze with a light hull ( since most users of this combo appear to only play with one hand)

 

Edit: (Forgot about that unnecessary splash damage they added to twins a while back, so unless you have crystals leftover for that alteration which removes it, don't get it.)

1. If you are a parkourist (jumper), then get a module that gives protection against Hammer, Rail etc...

2. If you play more normal battles then get a module which gives you protection against different turrets( turrets against which you don't have protection)

i was thinking of Voltage (130k): dictator m2 and rail m2 because i really like playing with the railgun.

but i also like Simoom (164k) thunder m2 dictator m2 because thunder is op.

and Tornado (163k) rail m2 hornet m2

 

which do you recommend? is the 30k extra worth it for Simoom or Tornado?

Well when it comes to paints, you should select your favorite paint.  

 

However, if both of the paints are "favorite", I would suggest to choose Mint paint. Mint looks special and a unique paint, fathermore, it's not as popular as WaterColor so you might be "Legendary"  !

How's Thunder or Rico at M3? I have started to MU both, but which one should I go all the way with first? I currently have M2 Thunder 2/10, M2 Rico 1/10, M2 Viking 4/10.
