Firebird anyways doesn't do well on Massacre.

And I don't think Hill should be a problem.

What do you mean by limited, what happens?

your cone angle decreases, limiting your ability to hit enemies above and below you.

I find this very useful for peek-and-burn tactics, but if you dont use it feel free to buy both alts.

 

Tbh, if your planning on getting hammer in the long run anyway, id go with whatever will save you the most crystals

I think it's a great, decent and adaptable kit for the low price! Viking's greatness with Thunder's versatility suits a good tanker on any medium-range battle together with a very acceptable protection module from usual hardcore enemies and it's own self-damage from splash effect.

 

I am not a buyer, but I may reach at least 800K crystals till . It would let me some crystals left for MUs also.  B)

Instead of MUing one kit, maybe buying another would be better?

Like one mid range turret kit and the other a short range?

On the raiden kit, I use vik m2 thunder m3 and it works a charm, in CPs the splash is amazing and gets you tons of exp.The module is great too, the same as the emerald LCG i have.

Only thing I would say is, if your more of a smoky person go with paladin, if you like your splash, then go with raiden.Thunder tends to have a lot of protection due to its amazingness and everyone is scared of it so they protect themselves xD

You wont be disappointed with this kit

i rent it in island and hill games when the reward i get is over 10k

spending 70k/100k on it rn isnt worth it for me when im saving for m3 kits (257k of the way there)

Edit; I prefer MUs on the first place, I don't want to have many, but useless in fighting with M4 Legends. Rather firstly having at least 15/20 on both hull and the turret and then I will consider if I can afford another one for my needs and benefits.

My plan is to get Paladin and then the module which comes in Raiden Kit separately, because the module unlocks 1 rank below Marshal.

I prefer Smoky m3 to Thunder m3 because people have heavy protection against Thunder.

I wonder why those great kits are so cheap in compare to other M3 kits.  :lol:

Badger T-F M3 (Firebird, Twins, Freeze) is also a good protection module, awesome suit for close range battles. Good luck!

I guess Paladin is cheap because of the module.

It offers no protection against long range turrets.

 

Rail can one-shot medium hulls with DD + high calibre ammo, so protection from rail is a must.

Thunder can 2 shot medium hulls with DD, so thunder protection is also a must.

 

Raiden is a bit cheap because thunder is weak at m3 because of protection modules.

You already have Prodigi, it is a great module.

 

Its okay to be without fire protection, when you see a firebird approaching, just try to use DD to kill it, or place a mine and use speed boost to move back.

I play on medium to large maps, and they don't give me much trouble.

Just save for the kit, and MUs.

Buy Atlas kit if you want to defend. Or buy Isida to do normal battles, isidas come really handy, but note that isida isn't allowed in eSport's medium format.

 

I just want isida so I get a lot of xp and rank quickly. Atlas, if I don't manage to buy it for money, then I will try and buy it in-game, titan is almost unkillable, especially with drugs. And smoky is a force to be reckoned with.

I bought atlas kit on this account and it was pretty good, but at the same time a m3 fire might be better from muing in upcoming sales from tankis bday, so its realy your choice they are both decent choices and smokey m2 works well even at my rank and up, but m3 fire is very strong as well

Minotaur is not so good anymore since they added self-damage to twins. I would save for Annihilator because I prefer viking over dictator, viking is just better. And in higher ranks you would use viking more also.
