Buying both Bumblebee and Medic is a bit of a waste, as both have Hornet and you won't get any discount for owning it.

Jackhammer is viking , hammer . Viking is very good always usefull . The hammer is very limited in its use ( imho ) but why not if you like it . The others , well i personally believe you need a medium hull at least to play many maps , owning a hornet and a wasp is a bit more of the same .

Now if you ask me what to do , looking at your crystals/experience and what you want . wait . Play those last 65k of experience . and you are marchal . At marchal rank you can buy any item m3 you want , exactly how you want it . Sales are not far away, and there is another coming after that and another 1 ... depending on how fast you can make those 65k you'll be ontime for Easter/ 1st april weekend ( or the next sales 1 month after that for a good 1 ). Have avery good shopping experience on those days and you'll be out of crystals before you even know you had them . This way , you can have the exact module what you like also ... leave those kits alone , at where you are . Kits are only good if youcan buy them as fast as you can buy them ... not untill you are nearly at the point where you can buy each item itself .

Yes, it's very needed since twins have splash-damage which is pretty annoying for close range battles, when I got Minotaur in my alt acc I also bought the alteration right away too.

Guardian ... damn beast , If you can work with a smoky and you like small/medium maps .... not to be underestimated . Nice paint (nano) also .

And 2 more beasts in their own way ...

Cardinal and Rockclimber , both Titans ( best hull m3 in such maps ) 1 with the twins 1 with the rico .

Those 4 rank imho above the other kits and then its your personal preference . If you can work with a smoky ... not a single doubt ... get Guardian . Smoky M3 is a monster and not many modules around , underestimated by many .

Twins or rico , rico higher damage per shot but runs out of bullets quickly ( many protections around against both !) . Twins unlimited amount of shots , with alt fearsome weapon , and fun to play with . Also very easy to control .

So it all comes down to your own preference

It depends on what maps you like to play and what your playing style is like . Thunder i personally rate it a the bottom ( i made it to marchal with only Thunder ) . Nice splash high damage , but slow reload and high selfdamage . Fire very good close combat weapon i'd say strong in every level m0 to m4 , but close combat only . Smoky ... high smoky is a real killer , read comment before on m3 kits . Huge impact , huge damage per shot .

Twins in M2 prob the strongest all around . in m2 protection modules are not so much around . Be sure to pair it with medium hull ( viking or hunter ) .

firebird is good for small pro maps like polygon CP , arena or island . It's also good in DM mode in all maps because of its super burning effect

thunder is good in maps where the enemy always gathers in one place like iran AS or highland CTF

smoky is good in 1v1 , not so good when fighting multiple tanks at once

twins is great if you gave drugs , If you don't it's trash

how about instead of buying a new kit , I wait until I am a marshal and collect crystals until then and MU my current tank to M4 [thunder M2(10/10) dictator M2 (7/10) Kodiak T-D M2 ( Rail-Thunder-Freeze 6/10)  I should have enough crystals by then .

Yes , i prefer that option . I got 3 accounts , on my 2nd im a single red star ( acc name sezze if you want to look it up ) , and i have now a isida m2 10/10 , a rico m2 9/10 and vulcan 6/10 ( or 7/10 ) and a hunter 10/10 . Dont care about prot atm  . If you upgrade at the sales , you get plenty of crystals by the time you get marchal , i mean really a lot .. and then you spend it in 1 go at a sales when you get to marchal ( or upgrading your m2 10/10 straight as high as possible m3+ lvl  ) and or buy something more and do not forget a couple of modules .

The advantage of buying a kit is that you can get higher equipment at lower lvl . Once you are 3 yellow stars , you can buy a kit and start upgrading , and it will be at least 10/20 by the time you are marchal . Its personal choice ... getting stronger faster , but with not so good module , or wait it out , get everything you really like to 10/10 and just save the crystals . With unlimited crystals , i would do both offcourse ... meaning upgrade m2 to 10/10 and buy a kit once available , but thats mighty expensive . When you wait sales its certainly around the same price for m3 items you choose vs kit .

Once you see the titans m2 arrive you'll see its potential , same like the smoky . The limiting factor on the firewall is the firebird .Great for poly , better then the twins , but its limited in range . The minotaur is covering the 2 maps best since it can do short range and handle upto medium range with its unlimited shooting twins  Its also fast enough to blast off some of the wasps/hornets who take the flag .
