Yes it is considering the ranks at which Hornet M3 and Railgun M3 unlock at, and its price make it well worth it; Needle and Spark are quite helpful as well.

Indeed it is. This combo is completely OP at brigadier, as m3 rail isn't meant to unlock till general rank, so having It at brigadier would be a wise choice.

Hi, i just bought ricochet m0 and i wonder which is better, isida or ricochet? I had fun with isida a while and got many kills. I got ricochet but started bad with it but got used to it. I still haven't mastered it though. Any tips on mastering ricochet and also which is better? And when you master ricochet what do you actually master, The ability of the ricochet or just getting many kills?

Should i buy hunter or viking m2 in regards to the upcoming stat change?

 

Hunter — significant increase in armor and weight, slight increase of acceleration. Tank is now more comfortable in control.
Viking — decreased armor and weight, increased max speed, acceleration and maneuverability. Viking is now the lightest of all medium tanks but with highest acceleration.

I would save for either Hornet and Railgun or Firebird to M1 both of those are rather useful in both team and death matches.

I think Firebird, it's damage at m2 is enough to overwhelm the First Aid Kit.
