For those I would personally suggest getting Ricochet M2; it does good damage, can be used at mid to close-range and works well on both Viking and Hornet.

Hunter or anything faster is great... Viking I find it's hard to shoot above and below by kinda bobbing the tank but it's still usable... Mammoth and Titan are too slow really imo

From those I would suggest getting Hunter; it moves with decent speed, can turn well, and works well with all weapons. 

 

Out of the other two I would pick Titan it is low to the ground, good HP and is a bit faster than Mammoth.

In my opinion yes. I use ricochet M2 too sometimes. Of course my first option is M3 freeze but when freeze isn't helping either because of many paints or other reasons I usually equip ricochet. It also goes well with my hull (M3 viking).

 

@moth: You can go for M2-M3 at commander rank if you already have other M3s (and M2s).

I'm confused on what to buy. I should be ranking soon, so when there is a sale, should I get Isida M2? Freeze M2? Or upgrade either Thunder M0 to M1, or Railgun to M0 to M1?

Extremely. That combo was perhaps my favorite one in the m1 section, and probably in the m2 as well once I get hunter m2. Very enjoyable. :)

Since you have both Wasp M2 and Hornet M2, then I would suggest getting Freeze M3.
