For example, rail... Then wasp

Rico... Then viking

 

Which turret do you use?

 

If you're not sure I think viking is a more universal hull- it's decent with all weapons

If you're still serious about Shaft, then go ahead and buy Winter. Twins goes well with Mammoth, but is pretty expensive so you should only buy it if you are confident about saving enough for M3 Shaft by that rank.

My personal opinion is that the freezing effect is more useful than the afterburn, but it requires a bit of skill sometimes to use it to its potential

 

Damage wise they are similar, fire does slightly more but can only shoot for 5 seconds while freeze for 7 seconds in be full charge

 

Freeze is also cheaper and unlocks earlier

 

So I'd go for freeze :)

Better invest in a good Combo (an M3+200k Paint) rather than many M3's that some of them you won't use..

Better to invest in your current account and only when getting to Generalissimo rank start thinking of an Alt.. But generally it isn't good to be suggested about a Combo - just play with the Combo that fits your playing styles. Just one thing - if you really want suggestions, try Hornet&Railgun (if you aren't using that Combo in your main account already).
