Well, with the hull kit, i will get m2 viking and after getting freeze/isida I will be saving for m2 smoky which is better than m2 thunder. So, for me, The Medium M2 would be kind of a waste

In the chart at the 1st page the smoky reloading speed goes from 1 464 7059 at M3 and went to 1 300 000 at M3 fully micro upgraded. But i have M1 smoky and it doesnt let me upgrade the reloading speed of the smoky.

 

And which is better Thunder or Smoky. And please give me 4 good reasons why 1 is better than the other.

Using data from the wiki, taking into account crits smoky does a slightly higher DPS (2600 compared to 2450 or something like that) you might want to check that

 

Smoky has a nice impact force

 

On the other hand thunder has splash damage and has a better range

 

I personally prefer thunder: splash makes it pretty fun and versatile too, the lower DPS is made up by the range IMO

 

Another possible reason is that its cheaper and unlocks earlier :)

I'm closing in to the ranks of the M3's. I was wondering what m3 to buy or to use first. 

Should I get m3 light kit?

I have m2 firebird, freeze, isida , hornet, hunter, viking and mammoth (from m2 hull kit)

I also have m1 thunder, dictator, shaft, smokey

I also have paints: loam, cedar, tundra, jaguar.

I mostly use my firebird with viking, hunter and sometimes hornet for CTF battles usually on Noise, Silence, Island, Sandbox, Courage. Freeze is usually my second option.

I usually like to play CP with my mammoth and firebird in Polygon and Island.

Nah, I prefer the Medium m2 kit.

Hmm... now that I look at it, the Medium M2 may be superior to the hull kit, yet it comes 3 ranks after and I still believe in buying hulls before weapons, but this is pointless, buy what you wish, and have fun! :)

DO NOT GET THE LIGHT M3 KIT!!! By looking at your garage you are well equipped for short-range battling. Apparently you also rarely use your ranged weapons so it would be expected for you to be worse with Railgun. Although, It may be wise to get a range weapon to utilize your use of medium and heavy hulls. That was really back and forth but I think (I'm guessing at your gameplay style here) that the Medium M3 kit would be great for your CP gameplay, but it doesn't work very well in CTF (What I got from your writing was that you like CP more, but I'm not sure). You could also buy some individual M3's (such as freeze and hornet or something) But I think Heavy M3 kit will be the best choice.

They decreased the points for capturing a point in CP. It used to be 20, but because of power-levelers, it is now 4. -_-

Only M1 I have is Isida. I need some other turret to "widen possibilities", esp. something to use in DM.

Short ranged turrets (Freeze, Firebird) are out. Late unlock turrets (Rico, Smoky, Twins) are out - I would grow old before I would reach nedded rank for M3.

That leaves Thunder, Shaft and Railgun. Thunder feels weak (but maybe M1 is better), Railgun is damn hard for me to master, Shaft feels great - but there is huge gap between M1 and M2.

Which one of those three should I choose?

well, I still suggest the M3 heavy kit because it gives you mammoth m3 (unlocked at generallissimo) at Lieutenant General (5 ranks early) + it has m3 twins which will go very well with your medium-heavy hulls.

The reason I prefer the Medium m2 kit is because it comes two really good paints: Prodigy and Emerald. Also the combination of Thunder and Viking m2 at that rank is just OP. Even at Brigadier, that combo is still effective. Why I don't like the hull kit? It gives you too unnecessary hulls. Hunter m2, which I won't use as I prefer Viking m2. Mammoth m2 is too slow and I prefer Titan. The only hulls I would use is Hornet and Viking.

SO should i save for thunder m2 or the kit that inlcudes viking m2, thunder m2 and emerald or should  i buy isida m1 and then save for isida m2 to get more xps?

no I saw a CP game in arena there was this isida m3 hunter m3 who was dominating and healing his team mates at the same time.
