guys i use rail and  i think that the weapons : thunder, smoky, rico, and rwins are big threats for rail...

So i bought sawmp ( -10 % twins) and i want to buy metalic too (12% thunder), for rico i have moonwalker (22% rico) and for smoky i will buy carbon (20% smoky, 5%twins 5% shaft) and maybe i buy dirty for protection for shaft, if shafts still annoy me when i unlock it and save crystals for it

 

I want your opinion on my thoughts! :)

Thanks, but i have already my titan to M1 and RailM1 unlocks at Warant oficer 3 so i think i can buy a paint between titan - rail. 

 

Anyway , metalic  and swamp are very cheap, and i buy them because there arent any other paint with a good protection form thunder , and twins at the next levels

Is getting a Thunder with Hornet a good idea? I am really good with that combo, however every1 says that at the low ranks, that thing (thunder) is too strong. But i am really really good with it, even if there's other thunder/hornet users, i will still beat them. And i am not joking, but in my other account (which is 1st Sergeant), i never had lower than the highest score. Unless there's a drugger in either 1 of the team, then i will just have the 2nd highest (i dont drug), if i am playing with way higher ranks then me ( and i mean, my 1st Sargent account with 1st lieutenant ppl), or if i just joined the battle late, i wont have the highest score, otherwise i will. And i aint even tryna brag, just telling u guys the right info, so u can help me out. So basically my dilemma is, i use thunder/hornet, and i am really good with it, actually i am really really good and  better than all other hornet/thunder players......that i met up with. But ppl tell me that thunder is just OP in the lower ranks, and later the combo isnt gonna be good anymore, since there thunder/mammoth and stuff. So should i get thunder and hornet, if i am really good with it, or is it no matter how good i am, the combo is just not gonna work?

I am not high rank to know but  i think that thunder-hornet is pretty good combination.....

But maybe you should take advice from a higher rank than me

Dont use it, higher ranks will destroy you with bigger hulls. Go for viking

I would say go for mammoth and hornet maybe.

Summary to your Problem: You're exceptional at using the Hornet/Thunder combination. However, people tell you that at higher ranks, the combo wont be so good because you'll be crushed by Mammoth/Thunders.

 

My Answer: Don't listen to them. They're just nubs.

 

They're obviously going main-stream. Use what you use best. If you're good at Hornet/Thunder combo, then stick with it. If you're truly as good as you say you are, then I'd bet you would have no problem in competing against Mammoths.

 

First of all, you're a Hornet. You are not meant for going up-front like how Mammoth is. Use your speed and set up strategies to take down others.

 

Second of all, Mammoth is going to get a huge nerf in Speed and Hp. Those people who tell you you're going to get crushed are noobs who don't follow up on Developer info.

 

Third of all, Use what you like. Why? Not only will you not get bored, but you will do better with it. If you get Mammoth/Thunder and hate using it, then you won't do so well. You bring out Hornet/Thunder's true potential. A real example would be how I made Twins my first M1 because so many people said it was OP and good. Wrong, I hated using Twins and didn't do so well with it because of that reason- I couldn't use it well because it didn't fit my play-style. Tanki's a game, have fun.

 

However, if you do find out that it is getting increasingly harder to gain points as you rank up, change hulls to maybe Hunter or Viking. Mammoth is getting a huge nerf.

 

Tips:

• Do not buy Drugs with your own crystals- use the ones from Dailies.
• When getting drugs from Dailies, stack them before using them. Only use them once you get a lot of drugs in every category- Double Armor, Double Power, Nitrogen, and a few Health Kits. Otherwise, drugging is not worth it.
• After getting Hornet M2/ Thunder M2, get a really good paint that protects against Thunder/Railgun.
• Only buy things on Sales.
• Try to test things on Test Server before buying it on the real Servers so you don't waste crystals. Remember, you cannot sell-back items.
• I advise you to not get Mammoth. Do NOT get Mammoth. In the future it will get nerfed. The Armor and Speed will be lowered. It will be very, very slow, and can you imagine it getting frozen by a Freeze?

i currently have mamoth m1 thunder m1 rail m1 smoky m1 and swash paint and have 50000 crystals i mainly use hornet m0 and rail m1 and also use thunder with m0 viking also with mamoth occasionly but i wanna know what should i upgrade to m2 which hull and which gun since i am a non buyer and i dont drug  i want to upgrade one short range and one long range gun to m2 so any one can give a advice i would be thank ful to them.
