As You Already Said You Are Using Railgun And Hornet , Start Saving For Their M1s .
Their Is A Long Way And You Can Save Nicely By The Way .

Try To Play Like Hide-n-Seek For Your Combo , Learn New Tactics and Techniques From Masters And Practice Them  .
In Paint Issue , You Dont Need Paints Now But If You Still Want = Buy Forester .
Because Protecting From Your Own Gun Is A Priority And Advantage Over To Other Users Of Your Same Combo .

I'd roll with either Hornet or Wasp, You have plenty of time to decide which you prefer.

As for paints, I used lead up until WO5 when I bought a powerful paint. Being able to survive any one shot is a huge advantage.

As for forester, I've never understood why it's so popular. Unless you're using wasp and are at risk of being one-shotted by rail I'd get something more useful.

My suggestion would be thunder, as at your rank rail m2 doesn't one shot hornets

Rail doesn't regularly one shot the same modification of hornet at any rank.

One would think paints if Vulcan and its protections arrive before the 14'th otherwise I think it's quite possible we could have one on hulls or turrets.

One way or the other I'll be surprised.

Ideally it's 3 - long range, medium and short. It's up to your playing style. E.g, Freeze for short paired with hornet and shaft paired with titan for long range.

Hmm... 2 heavy hulls. I would mount shaft M1 on them to snipe. Anyways, choose rail M1 to pair with Hornet for the peek a boo experience. Or you can get Thunder M1 to mount on your heavies. It depends on which hull you use more.

Get forrester as the 10 against rail helps alot. Get rail hornet first and maybe thunder or ricochet as well. As you get to m1 get smoky m1. It will help your aim. Then get Hornet m1 and rail m1.

Freeze. All your other M2s you either cant unlock m3 or wont be good. Freeze will work with them as you can move around enemies whilefreezing them. It also annoys people in a goldbox situation :P

M2 Freeze is a lot better than I thought. I recommend it for attacking.

If you dont mind not taking flags, getting kills, staying behind attackers healing them then yes, get it.
