I would say smoky.. Thunder m2 and m3 are not much different

Well I use hunter/rail right now and let me just tell you it is amazing. I dont flip at all anymore because of the stability and hp help me survive long. The speed is also good to move around.

As ive said before this combo is epic!

And once you get Emerald, well Thunder is like M0 Smoky with no Critical and extra-slow firing speed.

 

And once you get Inferno, well Freeze is like a blow-dryer.

 

Ad once you get Clay, well Ricochet is like..a really weak Ricochet.

 

And once you get Zeus, Firebird is like a heater.

 

And once you get Irbis, well Isida is like. . . a really weak Isida.

 

And once you get (whatever paint shields Shaft), well Shaft is like. . .a really weak Shaft.

 

And once you get Needle, well Smoky is just puny.

Ok let me put it in another way.....you know gissmos have a lot of drugs (doesnt matter if buyer or not...daily bonus is still high enough)....so i imagine going in a drug war, with my m3 thunder and without drugs....i would be doomed right? On the other hand, with Smoky m2 even if i don't have drugs i will still have that 7% chance to inflict a serious dmg to that drugger. So that's why i am in thoughts all of a sudden...if you asked me a few days ago...i would say i'm going for m3 thunder for sure...but today i played for the 1st time a normal(not NS) CTF battle in Sandbox with gissmos....of course at some point that battle turned into a drug war....and from the first postion in my team i suddenly turned into a useless player for my team since i couldn't drug back, falling in the 3rd place in the end. So i really need some good advice on this one....i don't wanna waste 100k (if on sales) crystals on a turret that will not be usefull in all conditions.

I still say go for smoky and get wasp while ur at it if there is 50 off considering u have 100k

Freeze and Fire, you can take multiple defenders down if used correctly

and the difference of power of railgun m1 and railgun is 80 - 120 m1 and 90 - 140

They both have small raises. What is for sure is that im getting both. I have some calculations about hunter. Send me a PM so we can discuss this more.

I've got another question...

I will rank up to Third Lieutenant (somewhat) soon, and as most people are, I am planning what to get on the next 50% sale (which will be hopefully christmas or new years). I was planning to get Thunder, Hornet, and Hunter (all m1 of course), but I had an idea. I checked out the next few modifications I can do on my upcoming rank-ups, and saw that I will be able to get isida m2 (this means that I will ditch the hunter and the thunder). So my question is... SHOULD I WAIT AND GET THE M2, OR SHOULD I GET THE M1S?

 

And I did a few calculations...

I have currently 44,745 crystals. for the m1 mods, I will need to get another 1,055 (which will be done easily). For the m2s, I will need another 10,105 (not including the fact that I need to rank up first)

^isida is nice. At m2 its unlocked early too.

Id do your old plan as its effective. But if you wanna mix it up, you should get hunter m1 and isida m2. Then save for hunter m2. Ive seen that combo and its quite effective. :)

Hey fellow WO5s above me who kinda have the same problem. 

The question is, Isida M2 at next 50% or not?

Ranking not a problem.

Hulls- Wasp, Hunter, Viking, Titan.

Guns- Firebird, Isida, Freeze, Shaft.

All M1 of course.
