What to buy? Which is better?

Hey fellow WO5s above me who kinda have the same problem.

The question is, Isida M2 at next 50% or not?

Ranking not a problem.

Hulls- Wasp, Hunter, Viking, Titan.

Guns- Firebird, Isida, Freeze, Shaft.

All M1 of course.

If you like that healing-close range gameplay then yes. Although id sugest you save for something more enjoyable like hunter/freeze m2 or viking/shaft m2 :)

^isida is nice. At m2 its unlocked early too.

Id do your old plan as its effective. But if you wanna mix it up, you should get hunter m1 and isida m2. Then save for hunter m2. Ive seen that combo and its quite effective. :)

Ive looked again and checked a little gameplay of the freeze m2, and I think I like it. Afterall, I am a short-mid range kind of guy. So now the question is... freeze or isida m2?

 

Well that depends on when the 50% sale is otherwise, I may not have enough crystals to buy them, or not have ranked up to purchase the isida, or, hopefully not, both

Rail m2 first, as it is long range weapon you can kill your enemies without engaging them so less to worry about your hull. And once you get chance do upgrade your hull to.

 

 

And for all asking for isida m2. In general is is very powerful turret for helping team mates and for killing enemies aswell and m2 is really good and can be used when playing with high ranks. But the problem is most isida users i know including me get bore of it really fast. I have isida m3 and i rarely use it, but when i do i end up top among my team (thanks to its healing ability)

I own m2 hunter and m2 isida with tundra/electra. Its great if you use it properly. :)

Hey I am going to get a smoky m1 only need 1000 crystals and I was wondering if it is worth it and If anyone would recommend me saving up for something different. I have enjoyed the smoky for a while and I wonder if it was worth upgrading. Ideas and suggestions for something different  can include hulls and paints.

 

P.s I also Enjoy playing large/medium maps!

Smokey is a good turret, with very less draw backs compare to other turrets and if you enjoy playing it then go ahead get it. For hulls i recommend viking, hunter and titan. Some also suggest wasp/hornet but that's good when you get m2 smokey

My M2 combo was obtained a lot earlier than expected (the better part of two months or so) and in regards to my ranking, I seem to be going through them quickly. I've decided to go for Viking M2 - however, should I get Viking M2 or Firebird M2? (This is all after Railgun M2)

Agreed. Or if you don't like going up close with your enemy, try Thunder.

Railgun is the best players choice, highly recommended if you want to improve your skills, freeze is an easy weapon to use.

Thanks for advice guys. I might stick with what I have now and go for Firebird/Hunter at Major. Will get paint in meantime.

Firebird, one of if not the best M2s. You have Hornet/Freeze M2 also, right?

Lol not another choice! Freeze is fun and powerful. And it also goes well with hunter. So you should get them both. :)

Depends on the map. Both are usually great.

I use rail and its very effective in DM. Thunder is too because its a midfield gun. You should get both. Maybe thunder first.

Thunder!!! No doubt...why? Cause it can kill multiple enemies at once....it can help you self-destruct immediatly so that you don't give easy kills to the enemy team (a good tactic)...plus...especially on TDMs Thunders tend to get most points cause of their splash dmg. On the other hand....rail (especially on small maps DMs) has that big disadvantage..."if you miss-you dead"...and that is a rule in CTF battles...imagine a rail in DMs..where you gonna have everybody as your enemies. Of course i'm not trying to downgrade rail (it is a terrific turrets if you know how to use it), but rail is certainly NOT THE BEST choice for either DMs or TDMs. Although there are a few huge maps where rail can become the most suitable turret (like Serpuhov map). But even so...i would suggest thunder in all cases with a anti-rail paint (if you play in those "few big maps") cause you can avoid giving kills to the enemy which can be a winning choice for your team or yourself.

 

P.S: Rail is loved by many, and some of you may disagree...it's absolutely ok...there may be pro-rail users out there who can overcome any disadvantage with their skills. But i'm just talking about the average player. Good Luck!
