u sure vik sucks, cause ive seen m1 vik and they pretty hard to kill. If i get to 43 crys ill get hammer, maybe but not freeze cause i suck at freeze

Definitely consider M4 Fire if you know how to attack on the prowl :) The damage is impeccable, and you could save your team from a capture while killing numerous tanks at a time.

Possibly. There's too many annoying m3 fires and Ricos at CPs. I like Smoky's reload speed as well as Fire's burning damage so it's hard for me which one to make m4.

It is rarely worthwhile to max out damage. You may need to do it when you have an M2 turret where the M3 unlocks at Gizmo or a little before, but definitely not at a low rank. Upgrade halfway (by amount, i.e. about third of the steps).

Usually, getting an M3 anything is better than getting an M2 anything. When you get M3, be ready to start upgrading because there is no stock M4.

Here are my thoughts mate. Your'e going to second guess yourself again here, but I say take titan over dictator. The cold hard truth is that dictator m2 will become pretty useless after Lieutenant General unless it is fully MU. Then you have to wait till Generalissimo to m3 it. Titan unlocks earlier. Plus, a dictator m3 kit will likely come along about a rank or two before gen, so you can get it earlier, and also not have wasted cry on m2 :) As far as turrets, I agree no twins. It is good, but is SUCH a noob weapon IMO. Rico is good, but again you will run into the problem of m2 being worthless after you rank once or twice, without nearly full MU, so possibly wait for kit or till the m3 rank and then buy m2 and m3 at once. Thunder is great for you especially. 2 reasons, it works well with titan if you get it, and also is an early m3, which will help carry you over until you get rico m3 and dictator m3. Tanki is all just a waiting game. Be patient and things will fall into place :) So my advice, get titan, thunder, and possibly rico at sale, as well as paint if you have the cry, then get thunder m3 at brigadier, then titan m3 a bit later, MU on both, and then hopefully a kit for rico m3/dictator m3 as you near generalissimo. Sprinkle in a few paints along the way and you'll be golden. Good luck!

My M2 Rico is 1 step away from being fully upgraded damage-wise, and the stupid thing rules. So, having something unlock a year later just means that you need to upgrade what you have, but don't do it stupidly.

What about Savanna? Otherwise you might get Prodigi. It's a good paint for a reason.

Actually I was talking 2 paint one of which has railgun, the other which has smoky protection, but both of them are just have them a "side stat."

I would suggest thunder and isida, and then micro upgrading them - they are both very good turrets, the best available in my opinion at your rank. Emerald is a decent paint, personally I wouldn't invest in MUing it though. Keep it and use it until you rank up and unlock the absolute best there is

Inferno is not a bad paint, but Rock in my opinion is a better one, especially for your combination, I'd pass on both paints, and either spend your crystals giving Rock some MUs or saving them for longer range paints, or other turrets and hulls

Unless you're loaded, it's not cost effective to Mu even an M3 to max. 25-50% of the microupgraded, the first ones, are the most cost effective, and give you most of the benefit. If you are struggling to decide between the two, why not do them both equally!

Both turrets are quite good supporting turrets. Personally I'd take smoky - it's a little more fun and gives you more practice for your shooting skills

Deoends what else you have, don't worry about pricings at your rank, you want something good! Isida titan is not a great combination. Isida requires speed to be used effectively!

 

If you don't yet have a hull, I would suggest hornet for you, good with your railgun, and a generally solid hull for any map.

Mammy twins is probably more effective I'd imagine, but Rico isn't bad, and it's probably a bit more exciting!

Personally I prefer to have a bit more speed with rico, it's a dynamic turret that doesn't have the ability to stand in a fight forever, it needs to recharge.

 

 

Well, back to the drawing board:

 

Hulls:

I'm 75% sure I'll get Dictator over Titan. It's got great stats, and the height will come in handy.

 

Turrets:

Twins - I'm not sure if this is worth getting anymore; its best used with heavy hulls, but its got massive damage output.

Rico - Very fun turret to use; I love finding different ways and places to bounce the projectiles.

Smoky - Also very fun; love chasing players as they try to run away from me

Thunder - For sure will upgrade; but I can wait until next sale to get m3, since m1 lasts for a very long time.

 

What turret do you think I should buy? (I may be able to barely squeeze in another turret by going ham during double funds. So pick one that I should for sure get, and pick another just in case.)

 

Garage: Thunder m1, and Isida, Fire, Hornet, Hunter m2

Personally I don't rate twins. Great damage output, but it's range of use is limited. At longer ranges, you'll find twins takes a huge hit because it's damage decreases with range above 20 metres, and moreover the projectile speed means you probably won't land each and every shot on the enemies! At shorter ranges, it will just be outclassed by something like Isida.

 

Rico is a great turret imo, I had it at m2 and used it until lieutenant colonel. Exciting and dynamic

 

I prefer thunder over smoky. Similar damage output, splash, better range, higher first shot damage etc.

 

Overall, if you had to get a turret now, perhaps thunder m2, and then m3 when you become brigadier

Jade and Picasso has the same shaft efficiency.

Buy Picasso has more effective thunder protection, which differs for mammoth as one more shot.

But, freeze protection is harmful as the best way against freeze is dying as a heavy and shaft user!  :unsure: 

And, hammer protection looks better.

 

Jade looks a lot better, but I still couldn't be sure.

1) i personally find jade awful, Picasso would be my definite pick over it. As a long range shafted, thunder and Railgun will be you other main concerns. Having said that however, personal,y I think Prodigi is a better choice than either of them give Prodigi some Shaft MUs if you reakky need it, but it's the best long range paint out there.

 

2) Mars would be fine in my opinion, though taiga is a nice paint

 

3) personally, I wouldn't invest in paints yet, you don't have a single m3 hull, and shaft isn't the. Most versatile. Imo, get a hull like viking m3, out some. MUs into it, maybe get a more versatile turret, like thunder, put some MUs into it, and then consider buying the top paints.

I can't speak for you of course, but I would get some turrets/hulls to m3 first. I'd suggest viking, it's reasonable with your shaft, and a generally versatile hull. Then, as you say, smoky would be a reasonable next step, as it will allow you a different style of gameplay to shaft. Once you've diversified your m3 garage, then I might start investing in paints. Prodigi/Clay if you can wait would be my top picks.
