Anyways, a good addition to those things you wanna buy is a melee turret, Id suggest something like Fire

I cant rank, and I'd rather get Africa than Cherry.

 

Oh and I forgot to say my garage: Isida, Fire, Hornet, Hunter m2, Thunder m1 :P

So I don't need a short range weapon. I want a turret that has a relatively fast rate of fire. I don't want Twins, Rico is good, but useless without MUs in the later ranks, so I was thinking of getting Smoky...

I'd go for the second option. I think you don't really need 40% protection from Smoky, and it's always better to get a weapon m3 as fast as possible, therefore I'd go for Thunder m3 instead of Thunder m2 with Savanna.

Q1: Should I buy Tundra if I have Fracture? Fracture isn't enough for me to survive drugging Rails...

Q2: I want a turret with a relatively high rate of fire for close-mid range combat. Should I buy:

- Twins (great for tackling multiple enemies at close range, but may get boring to use...?)

- Rico (I love bouncing the projectiles, but it may not be very effective in the mid-m3 ranks)

- Smoky (very fun, but its firing rate may be a little too slow...?)

 

Garage: Thunder m1, and Isida, Fire, Hornet, Hunter m2, and Fracture, Hohloma

 

Maps: Generally small-medium maps (Hill, Noise, Polygon, Highland, Sandbox etc.)

I think Dictator suits better because of its higher speed. When playing with firebird, unless you're just defending the base or if you play a lot of CPs, Titan is too slow for firebird in my opinion.

Since you mentioned you're looking forward to play XP battles, go for Hornet m3. This'll cost you 79 150 crystal, so you'll still have 70 850 crystals to spend on a paint or a weapon m2. I'd not buy a paint if I were you. I'd rather buy a turret m2 or save up crystals to buy a more expensive, paint with higher protections.

Answer 1: Don't buy Tundra. The paint is very attractive for low ranked players because of the high Railgun protection, but it's actually (completely) useless once you're meeting higher ranks in battles. 

Answer 2: I' go for Ricochet. :p Twins indeed becomes boring rather quickly and Smoky just isn't powerful enough in my opinion.

I was thinking cedar because the high thunder protection seems great, considering every polygon and noise match usually has one of those, but which one would you guys recommend?

I am gonna buy M1 rico and M1 viking at the sale, iv'e seen lots of people with this set up and seems to be doing well for them. 

Ricochet is also the best M1 upgrade in its stats so i would go with rico M1.

As a cedar user, it's great against thunder, and gives me an edge as a hornet against even dictator thunder, but anywhere else, it's useless. Don't even bother considering it's other protections, they might as well just be 0%. Since it's a paint that only protects against thunder though, it won't work in crammed maps with more short range weapons. I find it great in sandbox, where there tend to be quite a few of them, or atleast one. But you'll need paints for other maps, like noise.
