What to buy? Which is better?

Ok so I have 171k right now I am planning to buy Viking M3 for Tank Mans Day

Now I am like 30k-40k  crystals short for M3 Rail but not close to ranking (80k exp or so left) so the thing is should I rush it with a SMP to be able to buy it at Tank Mans day or should I wait till lets say Christmas or next 50% off

Current Equipment:

M3 Isida M3 Hornet

M2 Rail M2 Wasp M2 Viking M2 Fire

M1 Freeze

The Redneck kit, but it is more expensive. Had I known it would come back, I would have probably saved for it. Instead, I got the Prometheus kit because I could not afford the Redneck kit then. (I can't afford it now either. :))

I am 80k away from ranking up too, but I intend to be a by Tanker's Day but without an SMP. I need to get the Rico M3 and do some upgrades. If you have to, get the SMP. Christmas is too far unless you don't play much. I should be a well before Christmas.

Um... I hope you are asking for a higher ranked account. All of these paints are WAY too high ranked for a WO2.

 

In reality, you will probably end up getting Prodigi, Rock, Lumberjack and Africa, in that order as that is the order that they unlock.

Alright, so I'm still not quite sure which 2 paints to buy. As said before, I play in Polygon CPs mostly, with smoky and titan(constantly going for the point). I am choosing between Zeus, Rock, Lumberjack, Africa and Clay(though Clay is almost out of the question due to railgun protection).

Spark, Rustle, Savanna, Inferno, Prodigi and Needle.

Clay and Lumberjack are both very useful paints. I think you should make your choice between these two.

You can earn 80k experience points before the sale in September if you play a lot, but buying a SMP to rank up faster is more like a waste of crystals to me, especially if you buy the 100% SMP. If you manage to rank up with the 30% or 50% SMP which don't cost too much, you can go for it.

At your rank, I'd try to wait a bit longer with buying a paint. I'd rather go for a kit that preferably contains a paint that unlocks at a higher rank than your current rank. The paints at your rank won't be very useful at higher ranks. What do you mean by a 'cheap' kit?

I'm a huge fan of Riochet m1 and if you know how to use it, it's better than Twins m1 in my opinion.

Should i go with no paint until I get to marshal or should i stick with a paint like digital or tundra?

 

I currently have 80k crystals and I'm planning to get to 100k by the time of the sale, (I should be 1st lieutenant by that time). Should I get Ricochet m2 + Hunter M1 or Ricochet m2 + hornet m2? 

 

EDIT: If  i get hunter m1, then im saving for m2 at christmas sale)

You current protections of note: Firebird, Freeze, Thunder, Railgun, Shaft, Smoky, Ricochet.

 

You do not have any decent Twins or Isida protection, and for that reason I would recommend getting Rock. You can then switch between Rock and Inferno to deal with Twins or Firebird respectively.

 

P.S. Throw a few cheap MU's on your paints. They will be well worth it.

Not buying a paint till the rank of Marshall will be too hard since all your opponents will have paints by that rank. I think starting from the rank of Major, paints are worth to be bought. Ricochet and Hornet is worse than Ricochet with Hunter I think. Therefore, I'd go for Ricochet m2 + Hunter m1 now and start saving up crystals for Hunter m2. It might be hard to wait, but once you have Hunter m2, you'll be happy you waited.

I'd not go for a 'cheap' kit then. Focus on m2 equipment now which give you a remarkable advantage in battles.

It's one of the only paints that are good to buy at lower ranks. Railguns seems to be a real threat at these ranks. Almost every players wants some protection from it. Tundra offers this protection without being too expensive. It's important not to waste too many crystals to paints at lower ranks, because you need these crystals to buy m2 and m3 equipment and because these 'cheap' paints are not quite useful at higher ranks anymore.
