@Strahinja: It depends. Are you going to MU your hull? If you are, then I suggest getting Dictator to M2, then MU'ing it since the M3 of it is at Generalissimo rank.

 

If you are not going to MU hulls until it is at M3, then I would suggest Viking or Hunter. Your choice, more stability and mass? Then Viking. More Speed? Then Hunter.

 

@Tankeh: Due to the tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and tons and tons of drugs, I'd suggest Railgun. Why? Well  the answer is perfectly simple. Leave the death of Druggers to Freezes, and with Railgun you can either: Flip opponents, finish them off thus kill-stealing or not letting them use Health pack, or go play DM's.

 

I guess you CAN use Firebird. After all, it is known to kill a Mammoth M2 in one blast, which is 300 Health!!!! If you get Firebird, be smart. Don't un-freeze druggers with your flag unless no Freeze is around.

Which M2 should I save up for? I really like Smoky M3, since I tried it on the test server.

My garage: Smoky M1, Firebird M1, Railgun M1, Thunder M1, Shaft M1, Ricochet M1, Hornet M1, Wasp M1, Mammoth M1, Titan M1. 4k crystals  :o

My current combo/most frequently used: Railgun+Hornet, Thunder+Hornet, Smoky+Wasp.

Main paint: Forester.

I'm thinking about Smoky M2, to use later with Wasp. ( I used it on the test server and I love it  :lol: )

Although Smoky M2 unlocks at colonel and costs quite a fortune. And so does wasp. I don't really like Railgun anymore, after I got Thunder M1, and I don't like Thunder that much after looking at it's M3 stats. And, I don't like Thunder anymore after using Smoky Wasp on the test server.

So, can someone tell me what to save up for?  :ph34r:

Well, my suggestion for you, dodubird, would be to do two rounds of M2 buying. Start with an earlier unlocking M2 combo around Major, most of which are affordable. Then use that combo to earn cry to buy Wasp and Smoky, as those M2s last a long way down the line into M3 territory.

In that case, here I go!

 

To @bladesaw, and other players struggling with which hull to buy to pair with the Freeze m2:

 

The most annoying turret for me is the Railgun. It is bothersome when a railgun snipes you from a long distance, or rather a longer distance than the Freeze's. This is why I am going to purchase the paint Tundra. Without a dought. But, there are other annoying turrets at my rank such as the Smoky, and the Thunder. This is why I compared these three turrets of their max and min damage against the three hulls I may buy: Hornet, Hunter, and Dictator (If you are thinking about getting Viking, pretend that the Dictator is the Viking, because at m1, they have a difference of 1 HP). The stats below are the Shots to Kill for each turret VS each hull with the paint Tundra equipped.

 

I chose to get Hunter, from the statistics below:

 

VS Railgun

- Hornet: 1.4 - 2.1 Shots to Kill

- Hunter: 1.8 - 2.7 SK                  Therefore, it doesn't matter which hull is used (all 1 - 2 SK).

- Dictator: 1.9 - 2.9 SK

 

VS Smoky

- Hornet: 4.7- 5.7 SK

- Hunter : 5.9 - 7.3 SK     Therefore, Dictator is the best hull used (6 - 7 SK).

- Dictator: 6.5 - 7.9 SK

 

VS Thunder

- Hornet: 1.7 - 2.2 SK

- Hunter: 2.1 - 2.8 SK       Therefore, Dictator is the best hull used (2 - 3 SK).

- Dictator: 2.3 - 3.1 SK

 

You may ask, "Wait, you said you chose to get the Hunter, but the Dictator is the best hull used! WTF!? What are you thinking!?"

 

The statistics above are purely health-related. There is no information about the speed of the hulls, which is very important so that you can actually freeze the guy (hense the name of the turret). The Dictator is the slowest hull of the three. Therefore, it can be difficult to reach the enemy to blow 'em up! So, it is better to get the hull with a little more speed. And so, that is why I chose to buy the Hunter.

I wouldn't. In just a few ranks you can get Emerald if you want and then some of the real top paints start unlocking. I almost see it as a half-step paint, not worth the crystals.

 

 

As you didn't list your garage, I'll just guess and say Hornet. It's a very versatile hull and you're certain to enjoy the speed boost. Also, there will undoubtedly be a sale around Christmas, perhaps New Years or the like.
