From a few days i'm using the client because the browser version has too much lag (I've a nice computer and fast connection). But it is at least the twentieth time that the client crashes in less than a week. Also, 10 minutes ago I was about to catch the gold but a tanker pushed me up and I self-destructed for no reason... and it's not the first time that this problem with anti-cheat system bother me. I want one gold box supply for refund!

Err, it really doesn't matter. You can get that 1k crystals by playing few battles. Although, even for refund, you need an evidence such as youtube video. Good luck. If you have evidence, please do contact the helpdesk.

There have been alot of server problems for everyone lately, as of yet developers haven't said anything about the matter. As for the GoldBox you won't receive a refund as the Helpdesk no longer accepts these requests.

In addition to what @Ninja said, quite a lot of these bugs are quite intentional as developers are trying to remove and fix all bugs and issues this game has. The first approach to this was to remove "critical bug" which will obviously gave rise to several unusual bugs and glitches. Report them in this topic so developers can fix the issue as soon as possible, the more you report, the quicker they will fix them.
