how can people play so less and become legend its a mystery.even their equipment experience is no were near to legend even with premium.

Not at all. 

The Kills, Deaths and the K/D are the ones rated from the day, the moment when tanker started playing. But, the things such as XP with Turrets, XP with Hulls, No. Of Golds caught etc. have been rated from 23rd October 2015.

So, older players will not have their older ratings shown. Solved.

When the ratings system was released the amount of hours spent on different turrets/hulls/paints as well as the amount of experience earnt from these items were considered to "start" from scratch. This means the total amount of hours spent + experience earnt by any player before the introduction of this system was discarded in the ratings. So those players had a very high amount of experience before the introduction of ratings system. As a result the amount of hours they spent on any item enlisted on the ratings page initially started from 0 at the day ratings system was released.

 

In other words, these players already had high amount of experience when the ratings system was introduced. The amount of hours spent or experienced earnt BEFORE the introduction of the system were discarded. The numbers you see there are what they made AFTER the introduction of ratings system.
