It says on my profile time on tanki. does that mean the hours i have spent on the game or days?

The time spent with a certain turret or hull is determined in hours. So, the whole "time in Tanki" is basically the sum of all your time played on the battlefield. By making the sum of all the spent time with your turrets or hulls, you will get an approximate number to the "time in Tanki".

Summing it up, all the time data shown on your profile will be in hours.
