RIP CRYSTALS HELP!

So it happaned like a month ago. I was at my grandma's house and downloaded tanki to her pc, it was my first time ever downloading the game and when I opened it, it was in a language that I dont know and dont understand.

and when I wanted to change the language to english i had no clue where to change because it was my first time using a downloaded tanki.

when I clicked on play and went to my Garage I clicked on my Thunder M1 and accidentaly upgeaded it to M2 and wasted 110,000 crystals. I was litteraly in shock when it happaned and was really sad about it because I was saving crystals for a good kit that I could of buy in the really close future.

is there any way I could get my crystals back?

I know i was using the Thunder M2 for a lot of xp since it happaned until today because I am playing a lot and already achieved a lot of xp with this turret, I will do anything to get my crystals back, even take away my xp and make my Thunder M1 if its possible, I am even joining multiple of giveaways for a chance of winning and getting my crystals back but I havent won any yet :(

 

would be really appreciated if you could do anything about it.

There is no way you can get your crystals back unfortunately since it is not TO fault but yours so for now, nothing can be done about it.

Like I said, I'm sorry to leave you disappointed but unfortunately, refund is not possible in that case. Still, it doesn't mean that you have to give up, it is better to do something than do nothing at all so use this form to contact them and explain to them your problem as calm as you can, very very carefully since there is nothing we can do about this.
