Hello laggers! You were truly motivated by this original contest and gladly took the challenge heads on. Thank you very much for your participation, with 22 amazing entries. The task to come up with a set of final winners was certainly difficult for our jury but not impossible. Who won the prizes? Let’s find out now!

_________________________________________________________________________________________

The contest posted at the start of May had unquestionably a slow start, nevertheless it finished with numerous entries posted during the last week. Unfortunately, one entry could not qualify as the link to the drawing did not work. Please make sure that in the future you understand how it works.

Below is the summary of all the entries, as you can see you guys had a lot of imagination:

The Jury

The jury was composed of 12 individuals, 10 from the reporters team (EN, AR, IND and FR), plus one from the Graphics team and the last one is an ex-trusted-reporter. The question, asked to the members of the jury, was simply to rate each concept on originality with a 5 point grading scale: from 1 to 5 (one being common and 5 being original).

At the end, we saw some consensus on a couple of concepts (especially the top 3). Opinions on other concepts differed with each author. Therefore, you might not agree with our final decision on some concepts, but please remember that it is a difficult task to evaluate art.

The sum of all ratings was then averaged. The top 3 being with the highest score. The three additional consolation prizes were chosen by me and based on my liking (I created the context).

And now, who are the talented winners?

The Results

So, without further ado, we will start with the consolation prizes (for a change), and then make our way up to the top. I like suspense and tense building up, so you will have to open spoilers one by one to find out (such a devilish invention).

Consolation prizes: These are the ones which couldn't make it to the top three. These entries were great, but did fall short and did miss of the sparkles.

The people below will receive a prize of 5 000 Crystal.png.

@destroyerashu123 International Technology Day

@SHEPHARDHAXER92 Pirates Day

Pi Day

In third place

This remarkable concept did catch the attention of the juries. It is a about a renown game particularly known in the vast old British Empire. This concept has lots of potential and would have big appeal if it hold a sport/competitive vibs which would perfectly fit with Tankiverse. Some improvements would be needed on how to present it in the game though. Well done!

In second place
This outstanding concept shook off some of the juries' socks. I can relate to their choices as it carries the value and spirit of TO: competitiveness, international reach, honor and fair play. This event really happens every 4 years, nevertheless, making it yearly in the Game should not be a problem. I can really see some of the current mini-games to be set up and organized around this concept. This entry was one of the first, so the owner was really confident about it, congratulation to you!

And finally in the first place
This concept come from the depths of the mind of a talented tanker and was truly spot on, ticking all the boxes for a potential and tremendous day of fun and excitement. The entry was liked by all judges and gathered the highest number of fives. A truly fictional event and was a kind of a risky bet, but inspiration and boldness payed of. Bow to the King!
