i personally do not like this update. Now for us english speakers at my alts rank ALL WE have on our team is russians about 90% of the game is russians. This removes a lot of the communication between teams and the community to make the battle. Instead we get to see Russian text that I can't and many other can't understand, and at this consequence can't communicate with team for strategy or ideas. There needs to be a way if possible to translate Russian to English vice versa or make it so you can label battles for English or Russian or German with like a flag of that country next to it. This is just my 2 cents, I personally do no like this server merging update.

Server merging is great.  But not being able to create a battle without buying a Pro Pass  ...  absolutely sucks.  Everyone seems to be stuck on the same 5-10 battles.  When was the last time you saw someone create a "subway" map ????   Come on Tanki Admin, give us poor people a break.  Re-instate the create a battle feature.

You say you were first, but looking at the kill numbers you have 29 kills and your team mate has 19. Those are the same numbers the other team has as lost tanks.

 

Were you first there by a few seconds? ;)

 

I give you Vertical Aim and Arcade as nerfs, you can rotate hull along with turret while looking for the next victim and you can hide your laser, but you can kill Titans with Double Damage.

I never said anyone left, I joined first which is why I got first, a typical shaft user can not do what I do so its not a fair comparison, other turrets are much more easy to use such as twins or railgun

Checked the new paints. I can't imagine how they look on tanks since there is no preview, but Rust looks very nice. Maybe the best new paint with Lunar Soil.

 

Pajamas 30€, I think this is way expensive for this paint. That paint looks meeeh. I saw Vanadium on battle and it's just a grey Nano, does not deserve 30€ either. Glitch is fun.

 

And I can't wait to see a tanker with Barber Shop. It might be interesting.

Just played a non-pro battle (Silence).  At the end of the game, crystals were awarded to the winning team, but the "reward" for every member of the losing team was ZERO!  

 

Is this another Tanki "improvement"?  

Or is it another BUG introduced by careless Tanki developers?

It is a know bug, players usually receive their crystals upon reloading the game or during a server restart.

We get our crystals as soon as the battle ends, even if it shows 0. I noticed this the other time. I saw my number of crystals going up, even tho my reward in the tab was 0.

It must be hell let loose for these people right now. having russians beating the crap out of them in every battle. B)  and i think you're right about the english players spending alot of time in chat. the general chat in every server is in english while the chat in almost every battle is in russian.

I guess there's a lot of good Shaft players then because I get one shot many times. There'll be noob players with any turret, starting with Isida, yet many only remember the good Isida players of the other team. Since Shaft is harder to play, I give you that, those that play Shaft are good with it, meaning less Shaft noobs. But that's just guessing.

 

i still don't understand the 'I was first there' importance, unless you are talking about being first and picking up supplies and start one shooting as soon as someone enters and then maintaining that momentum.

What server has the most English players on it? So far I've only seen Russians non-English speaking players in the chat. Do you guys plan on labelling the new servers so English players know where to go if they want to communicate with those they understand?

Lobby chat?  That is location-based. If your default server was EN, you would see English in the lobby chat, not Russian.

Now we really need tags for our friends. So we can tag them as EN, RU, or whatever language they speak.

 

I was originally against this idea because it could be abused for missions. But with the coming Random Battles this issue will be irrelevant.

Matchmaking can use our selected tags, in this case language tags, to send us with other players that speak the languages we speak or understand.

 

No need for Hazel to make Klingon the official language of Tanki. ;)
