Clan descriptions changing automatically

The "Road to Legend" [RTL] clan recently had its clan description (including the 'Flag', 'Recruitment' and 'Minimum rank needed' fields too) automatically changed to the same as the "J3uyers Of Tanki" [J3uy] clan's. We had previously thought this had been a hack as the account @AbsoIuteAIpha had just been recovered from being stolen and was added into the RTL clan recently and was promoted to Commander. The clan description included the Skype contact details of the J3uy clan leader. This is when things got a little out-of-control, both clans started arguing for a good hour on Skype until we decided to believe their claims that they weren't responsible for this atrocity but rather a bug might've been, as the clan leader turned out to be only 10 years of age... Now that we've calmed down over this event, we've realised we may have been a little too aggressive over the matter but the amount of time and effort put into our old description was way too much to just let go off so easily. It would be nice if we could have our old description restored if possible. There's one thing that still stumps me though, the clan description that we had ours changed to was almost exactly the same as J3uy's but parts of it had been removed, specific parts... Was this the result of a hack or a glitch?

This sounds like a glitch to me, similar to the one that occurred right after the introduction of the clan system. What happened then was that you could see another clan's chat and online members instead of your own after you played a clan battle with the other clan.

You (if you are the leader of the clan) can try contacting the help desk about your lost clan description, perhaps they'll be able to restore it.

Hmm... interesting indeed. I'm curious to know a little bit about this glitch so how quick/fast does/did it happen and did you ever tried changing it to something you want and it went back to the way you just described.  Also if you don't mind, send me a PM or post a picture in here of what is written in there so if someone else have the same problem or similar one, I can see and maybe even compare. 

 

I was thinking of making a Clan on my own but guess I won't do it now till they fix lol.

This is a glitch because the same happened with our clan also. We had an unusual description in clan giving breif info about players that aren't in clan later we found they were ex players of clan with tag [12345] and we kept trying to delete the part of that description but i don't know  why we can't save new clan profile whenever edit the profile and save it comes backs to the previous profile only this needs to be fix ASAP.

This happened to me i changed clan rules , i saw it auto changed to previous one so i asked clan commanders no one did that ..... so i changed it again .... I have no problem now but .......What is this !?!?!?
