During our life time, we experience stress, we make bad decisions and shrug them off. Like yarn they build up into balls which continue to grow and grow in mass and soon you've found yourself in a tangled mess of school, a job, and a girlfriend.

 

We've all got shovels we dig holes with like graves, but nobody teaches you how to climb back out before you fill it in.

No one else can save you from yourself. You can either learn to dig yourself out or you can simply do nothing and stay there.

You must focus on each problem and try to figure out which are the right people to go to for help and decide what are the most important things to do the most.
