My garage glitched and lost 400,000 crystals

and NO help from help@tanki..., even after 6 emails over a 2 week period. All I did was click on one micro upgrade on Griffon TAm2 and i lost exactly 400,000 crystals! Never got one response to any email I sent, and I was not rude, explained what had happened, and sent my username along with every email.

 

I've been here since 2011 and I have defended this site time and time again, but this is NOT acceptable. And no, its not my imagination, i had over 740,000 crystals when I clicked on the ONE micro upgrade. Even if I was moving from M2 to M3 thats only 100,000 crystals, not 400,000. 

 

Wish there was an upper level help to talk to!

Just to be clear - tech support has adopted the form-submission system quite some time ago. Sending them emails directly at help@tankionline.com wont do you any good. Use this form for filing a complaint for such and ask for a refund, if you haven't already.

 

If what you say is true, you should be able to easily get a refund since this is an issue from TO's side. It is impossible for one micro-upgrade step to cost over 400K crystals.

In addition to what @DarkOperative said, keep in mind that sometimes the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

you need proof to get it back . see if they can see it on they system if so you will get it back . good luck u will need it .

Did you happen to abuse the system during the May holidays and drop 400 golds for yourself? Because devs did say that they will remove the crystals players gained by exploiting that bug.

 

(Although the 9 caught golds in your profile suggest otherwise, unless they removed the extra golds from there too)

Probably.

 

As far as I know, for a few hours during the holidays, the gold supply glitched out and it was possible to drop infinite golds without using your own gold supplies. So some players abused that and dropped thousands of golds for themselves and their friends, thus getting millions of crystals for free in a matter of hours. Hazel said that those players, who didn't spend the crystals they got from those unfair golds, already had the extra crystals removed from them. But those, who spent their crystals, will have a different kind of punishment, such as not being able to take advantage of holiday sales for the rest of the year.

Dark for one he told me to send my last complaint to him even after tanki support was looking into my issues. my issues were sorted out but not to my satisfaction cause i also lost 84 k on a paint which they claim i never bought .

thanks for feedback, I never read the news/vblog so I had no clue about the submission form. As far as abusing this site, no, I have never ever even considered hacking and I'm not smart enough to start now. I'm 53 years old and just play here as a diversion to 12+ hour work days and am not a good or avid player.

Unless you dropped a hundred golds for yourself using the glitch, you have nothing to worry about.

Some even got a account block for it which I won't be mentioning in here who they are but as Maf said, different punishments.

thats such a rubbish punishment. if you had dropped hundreds of crystals for yourself ,and then bought everything in the garage, why would you even need those sales?

I simply gave an example. I don't know what exactly they plan on doing.
