Can't retrieve my 3/4 year old account.

Hello. I've been trying to retrieve my account through the "Forgot your password" method and it simply doesn't work.

Everytime I try to do it it says: http://prntscr.com/fc4gha

I know that it exists and it is still there. Fix your retrieve password/email system please.

Don't show your email address to other players or post it publicly, that's one of many reasons why accounts get stolen.

You most likely didn't link your email address to your account or linked a different one, but that isn't the end of the world. 

 

If you really want your account back, fill out the lost account form as tobycare said. The help desk will deal with your request and hopefully return your account :)

The form worked for me within 2 days, when someone had changed my password I think. Luckily nothing had changed or been used.

No. I was intended to report a bug in the tanki.exe.

In addition to what Galaxy said:

The confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

I have seen your other post on the bug topic, I'm really interested in knowing where you downloaded that tanki.exe, can you please provide me a link of the web you downloaded from? I need to confirm 2 things first.

It is not about the game, it is that the password is incorrect whether you will like it or not, as is mentioned above try recovering your password and email by filling the form Galaxy mentioned.
