50% discount cards for crystals never existed. Only double crystal cards, which gave a bonus, not a discount.

Now, there are 25% discount cards for crystals and bonus cards for crystals (bonus card = dcc previously), they're different from each other.

yea I also bought before and also this weekend with the kit sales . I did get one of the 50% off paint items which the lunar one is nice to see on a tank , I'm still not fond of the other paints, might talk myself into the rusty one but not sold yet..

And remember, if you have a bonus card for an item, while having a discount on the same item, BOTH will be applied, which is a pretty sweet deal.

tanki should stop revenue chasing gimmicks, go back to being a real game but start earning money from advertising like successful companies do.

 

You lot really need someone with some business sense to keep the techies in line and give your customers what they want.... a working game that doesn't rip off the players.

 

This update is pure money grabbing BS preying on the greed of the not so clever winner wannabe's.

I don't know if it is connected with this topic, but I have a question about the Welcome back! window. If I remeber well, this window appeared when entering the game after a month and more. It contained Premium Account for a week and Silver Score Multiplier Pass and something more, I think. And it seems to me that this feature has been removed, for I was at my account after a month and nothing happened. I am wondering if it has something to do with this update or any other; it seems I've missed something.

Actually, no. Nobody is forcing you to buy. If you get a bonus card or discount card and you don't want to buy, then just ignore it, that's all.

 

You'll notice that these cards do not affect your privileges in the game. You still have access to all of the functions you had previously.

 

And before you make the claim that we should switch to making money from advertising, you should think twice. For Tanki to make enough advertising revenue to stay afloat, we'd literally have to bombard you with adverts, and that would completely ruin your game experience. Instead, we're opting to let you play the game for free without any distractions, and offering the option to people to support the game by paying.
