The EN community includes all English players, and despite your claims, there is still a good enough number of EN players to have an EN community manager. The German community has a CM as well, and there are far more English players than German.

In case you didn't notice, THIS is EN community. And 24 server chats out there for EN community. Events only for EN community. V-log that addresses players from EN community. A Wiki and Help pages made exclusively for EN community players.

On a more serious note though, he fulfills the job of CM pretty well. He has great contacts with the community. I have no complaints about the interaction between him and the players. He explains more diffficult issues qutie clearly. The reason players don't like is most probably because they don't like certain updates, but he's not in charge of that. :P
