Tanki scammed me *again* (did not receive crystals for battle)

It is a known bug, player usually receive their crystals after reloading the game or upon the server restart.

It's a common visual bug, the crystals you deserve from the fund will be added to your account after server restart at most. If you did not receive any crystals from the fund even after server restart then contact our technical support team via this form.

Only one problem. How am I supposed to know if I received any crystals or not? I never keep track of that. All I know is that I never received crystals after the battle and this was evident in 0/250 crystals mission remaining after battle. If you noticed that there is an increase in the number of your crystals after the servers update then your crystals have been added to your account. But If you didn't notice any effect of your crystals then you may contact the technical support team via this form.

Let me help you with that using the same battle result from the image you posted(note possible errors are inevitable especially for my calculations)

 

First off - the fund is way above 3K and if you sum up the amount of crystals the enemy side got, it doesn't even near to being 25% of the total fund. Which confirms this indeed is a visual bug; as expected.

 

Calculating the points difference(by %) of the losing side between the top two players = 74% approx.

Calculating the points difference(by %) of the winning side between the top two players = 74% approx

 

So we can base our calculation on how much crystals you should get by comparing difference in crystals gained by the top two players of the losing side in percentage.

 

% difference of battle award between top two players = 66% approx

 

So you SHOULD get 66% of what the top player of your team gets. BUT it doesn't end here. The second player of losing team gets 66% because his/her team lost. This means % difference between you and the top guy of YOUR winning team will be lower than that of the losing team; you should get more than 66% of what the top guy gets.

 

Total crystals the losing side got(at least to what's visible in the pic) = 253 crystals

Share of crystals by the losing side from the fund = 3425-253 = 3172

 

So now we can get closer to the approximation of how much you should get as losing team's calculation ends here.

 

Fund to be distributed to your team = 3172

% of crystals from fund gone to losing team's top player = 20% approx

 

Comparing that 20% to your team's share of the fund for the top player(what top player of your team gets) = 634 crystals

Amount of crystals you would get(based on above calculation) = 66% of top guy's crystals = 418

 

NOTE: The amount of crystals you will get will be much higher than 418 as my calculations are based on the comparison between the losing & wining sides. In essence - winning team gets more % of the fund so you will indeed get more than 418 crystals.

 

TL;DR Expect more than 420 crystals after server restart. ;)

It's happened to me before. Luckily, I caught a Gold in that battle before the end. So I had a screenshot of my crystals. And at the end of the battle, I got that visual bug "0 crystals". I checked my screenshot and I saw that I still got my crystals instantly.

It is easy to calculate xD. Tell me how much crystalls you had berofe the battle end and how much you had after the battle end.

Exactly, some players get their crystals instantly and not even after they refresh or after the server restart despite them seeing 0 crystals. But not many actually know this and they refresh their browser or wait after the server restart and once they don't  see any changes, they get frustrated but the truth is that they already got their crystals right after the battle ended.

But not many actually know this and they refresh their browser or wait after the server restart and once they don't  see any changes, they get frustrated but the truth is that they already got their crystals right after the battle ended. 

I hope this is the case for me because I never noticed an increase in crystals for me. Contacting tanki for less than 500 crystals seems to be a time waste anyway.

Yes, my friend. It happened to me as well, I got my crystals when the battle ended although the battle reward showed me 0 crystals so this could be the case for you as well.

But from what I see in his problem, it is a very common problem and no one ever missed his/her crystals, never so must have been the same for him as well even if he doesn't remember how much crystals he had.
