i reached the sergeant rank when i want to register in THE GAME it says you must be sergeant or higher 

what should i do ?

you write it down at home in a safe place then when the contest opens , it will ask you for your account code number to be able to enter in the contest secret password code found in the web pages or in game maps . you need to think out side of the box to figure the codes out . if you want check out the old games to understand more on it..\

I found this from another Game..

 

Only players with a rank of Sergeant or higher, and with an email address linked to their account, can participate.

I've received the code, what do I do with it now?
You need the code to enter the page where you can submit your answers.

 

Can I enter the contest with more than one account?

Yes, you can enter with as many accounts as you want as long as all of them have an e-mail address linked to them.

 

Can I use one e-mail address to register more accounts?
No. One account, one e-mail and the e-mail has to be linked to your account.

 

I registered, but cannot find the e-mail with the code, where is it?

It is possible that the e-mail ended up in the spam folder, check if it's there.

 

When I try to register more accounts, it says I'm already registered, how to solve this?

Close your browser and re-open it, or open the webpage in an incognito window in your browser.

 

Where do I submit my answers?

You can submit your answers on this webpage: (  http://game.tankionline.com/en/   ) but you need your registration code first.

 

Where can I find the clues?

The first clue of every day will be posted in the first post of this topic. The other clues can be hidden anywhere in Tanki, including TO social media pages and in-game.

 

If I win, can I ask for items not available at my rank, if they are available in a product kit in my garage?

No, if items can't be purchased individually you can't get them. However, if you already have those items, you can request only the micro upgrades.

if your email does not go in then you might need to set up a new email account or try another one.

 

if you are doing more then one account they ALL must have separate emails linked to there accounts..

The quest will be held from the 5rd to the 9th of June.

 

it should be on the 5TH. ( not 5 rd ). this is found on the main page of the Game. not sure if its in other locations
