Walkthrough:
Go to Silence, find the secret code (1161) with Forum symbol next to it. Go to Russian forum: http://ru.tankiforum.com/topic/1611. Change the "ru.tankiforum" to "en.tankiforum" and be led here: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=343716. From here, scroll down to @RIDDLER_8's post. It has a picture which tells you how to decipher. For a brief second in today's Game Day 4 video, Kasim has a button saying 11 ² with a little V-Log icon next to it. 11² = 121 so go to  Episode 121 of the V-Log and go right to the end of the video. It pops up with a picture of a new video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGaZWA2Ym_I. Go to description and it leads to this doc. To answer the questions, watch the video and pick an answer. The answers are "C" and "E." Then it'll lead you here: http://game.tankionline.com/almostfinish/. Using your picture, the message says "Largest Map in game." The password is Lost Temple and it will show you an image of Harley Quinn. There is a paint called Harlequin. Answer is Harlequin.

You ultimately come back to EN forum.

 

You need to go to the RU forum to find topic number 1611 which is mentioned in Silence. And then you change 'ru' to 'en'

In fact, the Helpers were stalking Cedric's forum profile and noticed him in the 30% off Shop Paints topic so we went to check and found Riddler's edited post before the video even came out. We just missed the Episode 121 hint.

1. In the V-LOG he mentioned the word silence, with all caps. We go to Silence

2. We find this while we're there:

 It is below the bridge that goes off the edge of the map.

3. This tells us to go to the Forum. If we go to that topic number, we are sent to this page: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=343716

4. Go down to Riddler's post on that page and open the spoiler. You are approached by this picture: 

5. We go back to the video and if we look closely on Kasim's shirt, we can catch a glimpse of a V-Log symbol with 11² inside it.

6. Any studemt would tell you that 11 squared is 121, so we go to V-Log 121, and wait until the end of the video to click on the video attatched.

7. Go to the video's description and click on the bit.ly link. Oh great, it's another quiz. This time its only 2 questions. The answers to the questions are C and E respectively. 

8. Once that is completed, click on the hyperlink there and it will take you to the password page. 

9. Using our code from step 4, we decipher our code to read it as: "The biggest map by area". The answer to this is "Lost Temple", so we enter that into the spaces, and amazingly it works.

10. The image shown is of the original Harley Quinn, or Harlequin for short. As THE GAME's logo is present, we know what this is the final answer.

 

Answer is: Harlequin
