So, apparently, this is how we get to Red Urban with further explanation. In addition to this, scroll up to @I3eg-For-Mercy's post for the full solution.

This doesn't make sense (really) but, if anyone noticed, Kasim mentioned about Pareidolia, which is a phenomenon wherein you see faces in things or inanimate objects.

So, by its meaning and by looking at the previous photo's faces, we need to find an object in which we can see the faces (if that makes sense). Using tank viewer is the most recommended thing to use for this step. Try checking every hull or turret which has a slight resemblance to each of the cartoon's faces. Once you find it, smoky is the one that matches all 4.

The pass code must be smoky + the number 8 written in the photo. The password is smoky8.

Enter that in. In the end we get this photo - once searched in Google we get that it's Karl Urban.

This is so silly!! I mean, I think the russian mind can only crack russian type riddles. Nobody will be able to crack russian codes. Who in the right mind would interpret the cartoons as the picture of the back of a smoky turret. This is sooooo  extremely crazy!! :blink:

They have used a lot of stuff from the English speaking world: The movie director, Spiderman, Google instead of Yandex, this Urban actor who no one knows, Fort Benning, and so on.

 

I'm new so I could have only guessed that M0 and M1 Smoky. I saw that M0 Smoky face before, but I never put attention on the M1. Whoever owns an Smoky M3 I think guessed it in a second, just look at the Smoky M3 and the picture.
