Though there is nothing such as this in the rules, but dropping a goldbox to get into a clan in the first place is technically bribery, and so at least unethical, if not against the rules. Secondly, since Tanki doesn't support the idea of bribing your way into a clan (like it doesn't support fire/wasp/hornet battles) it can do nothing if you experience loss in the way of doing so, since no rules were really broken. Thirdly, when you decided to drop a goldbox for the person, you decided to take the risk. That means you agreed to take the risk of loss on your side. Thus, again the Tanki administration can do nothing for you. 

On a personal note, it is always wise to avoid such things, as such people are scammers and dishonest. It's always better to search for a honest clan using honest methods :)

Without proof Tanki's hands are tried. Also, remember that faking any evidence can get you in serious trouble. I mean like really serious.

So many things wrong here:

1) Not even a bannable offence.

2) Infinite health could only be possible during the invincibility glitch or your lag (your problem).

3) If he's flyhacking you need proof.

4) Your mistake for trusting him.

5) You're not getting your dollar back for making a wrong judgment call.

6) Please don't write l i k e  t h is - it makes it impossible to read.

7) He will not be banned.

8) By making this topic and posting multiple times, you're closer to getting a ban than he is. ;)

If you want to report a hacker, please do it in the Game Violations section. Before creating a topic there, make sure you've read and followed the section rules.

 

As for your other problem, see it as a learning moment. Not all people are honest, some will try to take advantage of you. Think carefully what you could lose and what you can gain and if it's worth the risk.
