valid Special/Reward paints should light up the tank

This colors have something different by other colors:
Its can make light around him,like gold box, or normal boxes.
             This paints should be legendary ones,
             like "Gladiator" or "Helper",i mean the
             paints that can't be bought,just earned.
This'll make a BIG difference between a standard color and 
a legendary color + players'll fight more for them!
 This would be cool on night mode.

I like the idea of having special cosmetic effects on paints, but I'm afraid it may be bad for the game's performance. Also, why would you ever want to have your tank light up in the battle when all it does is make you a more obvious target?

Why not do it for just parkour format?

Because that's only a small percentage of battles. And devs seems to not want to do anything exclusively for parkour mode, especially if it's a feature this big.
