Solution:

1. In the video, Kasim mentioned about stuff and as he mentions "SILENCE", that gives out the first clue.

2. Go to the map Silence and find some clues. Didn't find anything? Try changing the mode to Space and you'll find this secret room along Red base at the very end:



Go down there (carefully) and you'll notice something written at the wall. It shows a forum logo along with a number "1611".



3. Let's try typing that in the EN forum. Doesn't work? Go to the Russian forum and type that in: http://ru.tankiforum.com/topic/1611 - but...I don't speak Russian! Let's change "ru" to "en" in the link. And this leads us to a topic 6 months ago:
